Excellent service and excellent food. Very clean and safe environment.

This place is hit or miss, more miss here lately than hit. Ordered chili, it was burnt. Have ordered an omelet in the past, it was over cooked and wrong. Simple items such as fried pickles and green beans are good. Ice cream is great. But if anything more complicated is ordered then more than likely its wrong.

Two of us went for lunch and we had the daily plate special ($8.99) and the Dirty Snowman, $30.
In my opinion that's a steep price for lunch. The plate looked nice but it was cold, just had the chill barely knocked off. This was supposed to be a hot meal. Very disappointed!
The Dirty Snowman was good but it should have been a little hotter. It was a cold rainy day, so getting a hot meal and a hot drink should have been warm enough to make us feel toasty.
The staff was very nice, pleasant and efficient and the room was clean. I noticed the lady making the hot drinks kept her work area very clean. I like that.
Friends and I go regularly for coffee but I had not eaten there before. I will not eat there again because aside from cold food, I don't like to be bothered with sending food back when it should be right the first time.

We were passing through Jackson, TN, on a family vacation/xmas get-away. We decided to avoid the Starbucks in Jackson, choosing to stop at Green Frog instead.

I was impressed. The young lady behind the counter was polite and enthusiastic to take our order--not just our money. We all received what we wanted and very quickly.

While there I noticed the establishment was extremely clean, but the smell was not overpowering the coffee brewing and the sweets behind the counter. The restrooms were clean and safe even for changing a child.

All in all it was a very positive experience and enjoyable. We felt invited to stay and never rushed out the door by the staff. I will definitely be going back to visit this beverage franchise location.

By the way, the coffee, in my humble opinion, is more flavorful than that other company's product.

The Cashier Was VERY Sweet and Understanding… Also the young lady who made my mothers coffee was patient up for the challenge she it came to making her difficult coffee choice.

It was recommended, had a double cheese burger, way to much meet.... next time a single. very tasty and well prepared.

Great place to gather with friends and family, not to mention have a hot cup of tea with lemon. (I also enjoy going there to write)

The food is great! Atmosphere is nice and it is very clean. The shakes are amazing!!
