Green Frog Coffee & Grill

Impeccably clean, exceptional courteous staff, Christian music playing in the background, excellent coffee. We needed to have a coffee run on our road trip, didn't purchase any food items but muffins and coffee cakes on display were very generous portions. Would recommend highly.

Always a good quiet place to meet up with friends, share conversation and coffee, or spend time with a family member over a meal. The food is good and the varieties of coffees will meet anyone's needs. It is the perfect option for those who do not wish to support the other chain coffee shops.

Green Frog's Frappuccinos are better than Starbucks. Plus it's a great atmosphere!

Ate at the one out south and it was very good. Ordered the exact same thing at the North location (gourmet grilled cheese and seasoned fries). It was not good at all. The gourmet grilled cheese had french fries on the sandwich and it wasn't toasted well on both sides. I asked for wheat bread for the sandwich, they used white bread. I asked for seasoned fries and was given regular. At least the peace tea was good. If I ever decide to go back, I'll go to the South location.

There's alot of negativity in this world and people (us too) will go out of the way to leave negative reviews but when there was good service and good food we forget or are non-appreciative enough to leave a good review. We've been to GF several times before and have had good with the bad but we understood the circumstances. It's been a while since we've been there. We went today. Customer service was good, table was clean and our food was good and fresh and the wait was not long.. really nice manager lady that you can tell really cares about her position. Overall, we were happy with our services and want to thank all of the servers for their hard work!

It would be a great place to eat if the employees knew how to properly write down an order and give me the food I ordered and paid for. Today is the 3rd time I've tried ordering a simply BACON BISCUIT ADD CHEESE, TOMATO, AND EXTRA MAYO. Last week I got one with egg on it, didn't wnat egg. The week before I got one with bacon cheese and mayo, no tomato. But today I got the MOST DRY BISCUIT EVER, with just BACON AND CHEESE. No may no tomato. Like how the heck is it so hard to take an order right? She even read it back to me today and still got it wrong

I went for lunch today at the south Jackson location, it was nice and peaceful. I only had fried green tomatoes, but they were good. Cooked just right. Staff is courteous.
