Green Frog Coffee & Grill

I've been eating HoHo egg rolls since they opened in Bells in the 80's! So glad you have them and that yummy clear sauce! A real hit!!!!!

Green Frog he is fast, unique, and even better it is so cool! The customer service is absolutely unmatched, and the coffee and prices are way better than the big chain stores. They have my service for life!

Came to Jackson on a business trip i stopped here they had a huge menu a lot of options I tried the build your own burger which was delicious this place is a must try

We're new to the area and had been eyeballing this place for a while. I usually go to Cloud 9 to get my loaded teas (LOVE them), but they closed before I could get to them so I went searching for other places nearby with loaded teas that we're open and saw this place had some. BINGO (or so I thought)! I ordered a loaded tea and my husband got a frappe. We pulled up and waited...and waited. It took them a little more than 5 minutes to make my husband's frappe and 15 to make my tea and THEY LEFT AN ALMOST 2 INCH GAP AT THE TOP. It took them that long, but I watched it sit at the window for 5-10 minutes before the guy working the window opened up the door to give it to me. I asked them to remake it since it sat so long (and thinking they'd finish filling it this time). It took another 5-10 minutes to "remake" it and I still ended up with this! This is a $7 drink! I have never gotten a loaded tea like this and I always order light ice.

We literally spent 30 MINUTES (zero exaggeration) IN THE DRIVE-THRU! WTFFFF! My husband didn't even like his drink because it felt and tested like they put half a bottle of syrup in it. I'm beyond disappointed.

OMG this place was amazing specifically the ICE CREAM I was totally floored and caught off guard by the excellent quality of homemade ice cream (Birthday cake and Tennessee orange) I will definitely be back to try other flavors soon

I love Green Frog, but I have noticed a trend downward in service. Today the place was a mess. 70% of the table were empty and yet there was no place to sit. I get that noon is rush, but all the more reason to staff somebody on lobby duty.

Went during a fairly busy time and service was quick and friendly. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. I'm excited to go back and try more. They had a lot of different options for vegetarians as well, which is something I rarely see around Jackson. The have a lot of different food options, from sandwiches/burgers to plate lunches, breakfast foods, and dessert. It's nicely decorated and the atmosphere is relaxed. The place was clean and staff were going around clearing tables as people left. I'll definitely return when I'm in town.

Surprisingly large and varied menu ranging from steak to ice cream to omelettes to Boar's Head sandwiches. Location was very clean and modern with friendly staff and convenient location. Coffee was fresh and served quickly.

My favorite place in Jackson to get coffee. I’m here often and the service is always great as well as the food and drinks!

My new favorite coffee place. I been twice and find the coffee to be the smoothest and unlike any other. The flavor really stands out and is not like anything I've tasted.
