Green Frog Coffee & Grill

30 minute wait for two coffees and an hour wait for food that came out cold. I don’t mind waiting for food (and expensive food at that) as long as it is good, but I really wasn’t impressed. Staff was super friendly though!

I like this place, however...today makes the 3rd time they've messed up my coffee. Not happy. I always order a non fat toffee nut latte, and the baristas keep making it with whole milk and sugar free syrup, instead of fat free/skim milk with regular syrup. Thinking maybe I need to stick with Starbucks.

Fun local place with a ton of stuff on the menu, especially for it's size. Interesting options for any meal of the day. Burgers are very good, their fries are amazing (I usually skip fries), the desserts are excellent. Try the lemon box pie ice cream. Vegetarian options as well.

Love the staff so kind, fast and can get a quick good yummy food on your lunch break. The sausage rolls are one their secrets gems, and I always get the famous dirty snowman sugar free with almond milk. Good place to study and meet a friend for peaceful lunch/breakfast date. Also LOVE their steak quesadilla!

Wow! This place is absolutely perfect. I work in hospitality and recognize great service whenever I receive it. I love the food, atmosphere and service. I meet here often with clients, and it is such a wonderful location. It is a breath of fresh air to experience exceptional service. The GM, Brandon, is outstanding. I would have him run my business if he wasn't located in Jackson. Everyone I come in contact with is sweet and professional. In addition, they go the extra mile for their guests. I would recommend this cute lunch and coffee spot to anyone passing through Jackson. Oh, and did I mentioned they have awesome FOOD! The "make your own bowl" with cauliflower and veggies was delicious. Thank you, Green Frog, for always being a reliable place to meet clients. Lastly, a huge thank you to Brandon for being an absolute star!

Unfriendly staff and the worst barista process I have ever seen. I couldn’t leave the parking lot without doing a review. It was a crime against coffee. Didn’t clean the steam wand between pitchers, didn’t tamp the coffee, tried to do multiple drinks with old steamed milk. May be okay for someone who doesn’t know better but I wish I hadn’t seen it.
