Ever since stopping at Elevate for a coffee, I knew I found a new spot to frequent. I stop by every morning to start my day, and every time its awesome. The drinks are wonderful and they always have a new flavor to try. Plus the staff are so friendly and outgoing, it's a really great place and I'm so glad that it is just up the street from me!

This place yall!! The iced latte is unreal and even better-the service. Everyone is always so friendly and energetic. They greet everyone with a smile. Even my kiddo loves when I stop by to get coffee because she likes seeing the employees. Do yourself a favor and give elevate a shot. It blows other coffee shops out of the water.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Tennessee for 4 years and this is my first time trying this place! I love the vibe, reminds me of Dutch Bros. I HIGHLY recommend the Kilimanjaro Mocha with oat milk. I wish they had one in Murfreesboro 😭 The 50 minute drive is a bit too much, but I will definitely try to come at least once a week! The service was fast and friendly, couldn’t recommend this place enough

Always a friendly welcome from the staff. This place is conveniently outside our neighborhood and we visit often. The quality is consistent and just as good as you'd expect anywhere else. Sign up for their rewards program to get a free coffee every so often! I mostly enjoy that they always have a special/seasonal drink to offer, and it changes often. If you want to support local coffee, this is the place to go!

This place is amazing! I love the Kilimanjaro Mocha. I have been twice now, and the staff is amazing! They even remembered what I had to drink yesterday and the size. They also have a loyalty program! Do not waste your time and money on the “popular chain” coffee shops. Elevate Coffee Hermitage is where it is at!

These guys are always soooo amazing with customer service and punctuality. Never a bad experience even after coming here consistently for over 6 months.

Elevate is awesome! Those who work there are always so friendly, helpful, and kind! I started driving the extra distance to come to elevate instead of Sbux—the coffee is much better anyway! :)

They never seem to have my breakfast burritos anymore but they still have great coffee. These girls serve up a lot of coffee every morning and never without a smile.
