Superior quality coffee and service is incredible. Everyone here is just so much above and beyond what you expect. Head and shoulders above the other coffee place, I pass 3 of them to get to Dutch Brothers

My home is the PNW, so our family is elated that Dutch Bros is now in Hermitage. Though it hasn't been the shortest wait, we are thankful for the cheerful and helpful staff that greet us each time. Thank you for carrying OAT MILK!!!!!

Always a long wait but usually worth it. No complaints on the coffee.

Never a complaint other than everyone wanting it at the same time. The employees are always very pleasant!

The energetic and friendly staff, paired with a ton of delicious offerings make this place a winner!! Don’t let a large line deter you, they move it quickly. It’s drive-through and take out only, so don’t go expecting a place to hit the Wi-Fi and chill.

Buyer beware! If you order a nitro cold brew it does not come from a tap, it's from a can. They offer 3 sizes but it still only comes from one can.

My wife loves this place and off course got the rest of the family... and she's once again right. I've been here three times and still same great customer service and best coffee drinks ever 👍👍
