Dutch Bros Coffee

New coffee place similar to Starbucks but drive thru/take out only. Staff is fast, even with numerous cars. Several employees take orders before you get to window and many times you have your drink before getting to the window

The staff was so friendly!!! Especially the lady with checkerboard nails who complimented my dollywood hoodie!!! So friendly and great at conversation!

DO NOT COME AFTER DARK. After standing at the window and being looked at and not helped for minutes by 3 employees decided to walk away, the night shift crew definitely worse than any other shift I've had more mistakes and unpleasant visits than any other shift. Morning crew is amazing definitely worth the stop.

Amazing! Best coffee shop on the planet! The employees are super kind and helpful and the peach tea is the best one in the state! Come here! It’s better then Starbucks!

My wife got the White Chocolate freeze thang that she really enjoyed! I got the Cocomo made with oat milk...which was also good. We also picked up some pocket menus so we'll be better informed on our next visit

Very disappointing place. Was in the Nashville area with my daughter & we tried 2 completely different locations and at both places the drinks (hot AND cold) were disgusting.

I have to say that I love Dutch Bros but this one falls very short of the ones on the West Coast. For one they refuse to do a frosty with a shot of espresso. I understand it’s a non caffeinated drink but this is the first one to deny that request and try giving a frozen instead. In fact espresso in the frosty was a popular alteration at the other locations out West. The saying ‘picture perfect’ is not understood at this location. I don’t like when a drink comes out looking like a Dunkin Donuts. If I want that I will go to Dunkin. After the 3rd try I have become reluctant to try again. I almost want to peel the sticker I got in Reno off the car, it just doesn’t measure up. Still a good drive-thru coffee place, but don’t think your getting what some of the original locations dish out. It is sub-par.

PS..... please when someone ask for a frosty instead of a frozen don’t assume they wouldn’t be able to tell the difference, just pour the espresso right over the top.😂

I have been to the Hermitage location a few times. Everyone had been super nice. They seem to love their job...always happy and helpful. The coffee is great too.
