Dutch Bros Coffee

I hadnt ever been to a Dutch Boys Coffee. I wont be back. I followed the signs that said choose the shortest line so I did
There was a server taking an order in the next line. She asked me to wait while she finished the order she was taking and I did. Another car pulls up on the opposite side and she takes their order ignoring me. Must be nice not to need paying customers.

Dutch Bros is the bomb! Not a bad comment to say. I drive 35 minutes away to treat myself every week or so. Never disappointed. The service is great and every drink is on point. Starbucks who?

Wife loves it. We recently moved away and was back for a visit so we had to stop. In Hoover Al now and she wishes there was one here.

Discovered couple years ago in Oregon and was pumped when they came to Tennessee!!! Love them way more than DD or SB!!!

The person who rated 1 star must have salt in their pants cause the location isn’t open yet. If you’re looking for good coffee, cocoa, or energy drink… definitely the place to go!! Their muffin tops are delicious as well. Love my Dutch and glad y’all finally opened up here!

All the workers were very nice and helpful on opening day, but if you’re looking for coffee this place isn’t it. It’s mostly overly sugary drinks. They don’t even have drip coffee or straight up iced coffee. Ordered a cold brew and found it a bit tacky it comes out of a can? If you know to expect and want super sweet drinks then this place is great.

Went there for the first time this morning. Drinks were great and the staff blew us away with how nice and energetic they were. Will definitely be going back!

This sounds so extra, but it is so sincere; I have never felt so loved as a customer anywhere else. From the first time I went, people always remember my name. They greet me and send me off with kindness. My order has always been accurate, and I’ve received it quickly. The workers are efficient all while being themselves. This is a great place for specialty coffee drinks of all kinds. If you’re just looking for a good ol’ cup of joe - their Americano will treat you nicely

I left a positive review four months ago due to the wonderful service we received. I am sadly going to report the service has falling to below subpar here at this Dutch Brothers location in Hermitage.
We were in line and the girls not only skipped us once but about 5 times as the new customers came in they took the order. We let the girls know they skipped us several times. The one girl stated ok. We then advised we would go somewhere else and they simply stated ok see ya!
Needless to say back to our trusted Starbucks where you get the service you would expect

I stopped by Sunday night and what an exceptional experience. The crew working were friendly, energetic and helped me customize the perfect drink.
They went above and beyond and my drink was perfect. I will be returning.
