11/10 coffee ! I explained to the lovely batista that I had never been there. I described my normal coffee order (more bitter but with chocolate or peppermint flavor) and she suggest I try a Nitro Cold Brew with the Cookie Dough flavoring. PHENOMENAL !!!!!!! I was super happy and thrilled that I drove out there to give it a try. She also let me look at the ingredient list to their pastries to see if they had my allergens in them. Great service, sweet staff, and delicious coffee ! :D

The girls that work here extremely nice and everything I’ve had here tastes very good so I’m not going to be a jerk and give anything less than five stars. I understand the difference between here and other places is you are creating an experience. That’s great! You need to speed it up! There is no reason for someone to spend almost 20 minutes in a drive-thru for a drink. You need to step up your efficiency. Based off of the template responses to the low scores on your review list I’m guessing you have your system send out the same response which means you don’t really look at the review but only the star rating. What that means is this will likely not be read by anyone at your company. Prove me wrong! You are a five star company and I appreciate the privilege of being able to come here but you are way too slow. Unacceptable! But thank you for everything else.

If you like cold, sweet coffee with carmel then you definitely need to try the blender Carmelizer at Dutch Bros Coffee !!! Omg! It's the best cold coffee I've ever had!!! 😋

I judge a coffee shop by the quality of their bold-roast, black coffee. This place is strictly drive thru, and I've always moved thru the lines quickly. Coffee is yum.

Wish we had one close to home So glad we stoped Service was great and the White Chocolate Chi was delicious We will stop again when we're in Nashville

First time visiting here, I got a cookie dough freeze and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly great first experience

Love Dutch Bros!! Really unique coffee shop, very outgoing and friendly staff, and drinks are ALWAYS GOOD!! If there is a Dutch Bros in your area, or if you happen to drive by one on a trip, you better stop!
