Dutch Bros Coffee

This place is addictive!!! 😋 My wife and I will drive out of our way to visit Dutch Bros whenever we can. They have sooooo many drink options - coffee, smoothies, energy drinks, hand-prepared sodas. Plus, the employees are incredibly friendly (and it doesn’t feel fake). Every interaction has been a joy.

There is something for every palette and with all their options, it would take a long time to go through the entire menu. I’ve been partial to the energy drinks and they are amazing. Refreshing; colorful; unique flavors.

We’ve been through the drive thru (which moves very quickly) as well as the walk-up counter. Each experience has been quick and the drinks were perfectly made.

You will not be disappointed.

First time ever coming here. I never knew there was a Dutch Bros coffee around but I had heard people rave about their coffee, so when I saw one I had to check it out. The employees were outside just like chick fil a ready to take our order. They were super friendly and patient as we figured out what we wanted. Coffee was great but my only downside was the wait. I quit going to Dunkin Donuts on Sunday mornings because of how long they take. Well this place far surpassed them on how long it took. I'm not super familiar with this place so I don't know if it's just a longer process or what but it did take a hot minute. However like I said earlier the coffee was good and despite the wait when I'm in the area again ill still come back.

amazing staff great prices fast service. dutch bros exceeded any expectations i had and there’s so many drink options that you’ll have to choose from. only negative thing is there isn’t more of them around me. 10/10

Great service 👏 and the coffee was delicious. I'm so glad they have expanded. I tried Dutch bros in Colorado Springs and was excited to see they had locations in TN. I used to get the Milky Way, now called Snicker.

No matter how busy they are their customer service is always great! They go above & beyond to make people feel welcome and as a company it's so cool they give their employees the ability to give out free drinks..just because, or if the line is really long, or even if you've had a bad day.

I've actually just been in line twice and gotten my drink for free just because! Well technically the 1st time was bc it was their grand opening.

As for the coffee, honestly, it is more sugary and not necessarily focused at all on bean type or anything like that. It's closer to a Starbucks in that sense. So don't go here expecting a pour over coffee of a particular type/roast..this is not that.

But do they have a ton of options, cool flavors, and variety of drinks? For sure. Prices are on par of Starbucks, but they do feel like they give you a bit more.

Overall, I go here when I want something sweet and caffientated.. or when I'm craving a cool soda or freeze (milkshake like but tons of wild flavors).

They are also open later than anyone else in hermitage which is a cool plus.

New to Dutch Brod Coffee. They have so much more…. Coffee, tea, hot, iced, frozen…. Base menu that can be fully customized to your wants.

Love Dutch Bros! Service is always amazing, and the coffee is very good! Drinks are a bit on the sweeter side, but the team here is always helpful with any edits to your order, always a great day when I get to stop by here!

This place could have literally 15 cars in the drive through, but you won’t spend more than 5 minutes waiting. Whatever system they got going is working for them— organized and smooth every time. The staff: it’s like they scoured the world for the friendliest people and hired them all lol. Customer service is almost dead, but Dutch Bros is single-handedly keeping it alive! I am PICKY about coffee, but have still loved every drink I’ve ordered here. 10000/10. Love this place and I hope this employees are monetarily rewarded accordingly!

Went on Mother's day. The line was long, but got through pretty quick. The staff was very courteous, kind, made sure our order was right and we had everything we needed. I enjoy just a simple coffee with a couple packs of Splenda. I don't do all the other mixes and stuff. So I got the Americano hot with just 2 Splenda and it was a good cup of coffee. I'd go back for another.

Dutch Bros is our absolute favorite coffee place!! We discovered them while living in Texas. They are always so friendly and inviting and the drinks can't be beat!
