Coffee Shack

As a local, it is awesome having a great, go-to coffee shop to get me through long work days. The drinks are consistently good, and the owners are very caring. I recommend The Coffee Shack to everyone. P.S. Try the Chai Tea Latte- it is superb!

I wandered down in search of coffee from Arrowmont. It was a quick walk. Coffee wasn't cheap (hence 4 stars) but it was excellent.

Excellent coffee! Some of the smoothest coffee I have ever had. Guy working was really nice and fast making the coffee. Frappe also got A+. Check it out if you like good coffee!

My Husband and I get a latte from here almost daily!! They're wonderful! I prefer them to Dunkin, Starbucks and any others ive had! THE BEST hot or cold!

The coffee was insipid, which is unfortunate. I tend to seek out local barista run coffee shops, in any place I visit. I try to avoid chains like Starbucks ( which I absolutely dislike). So, as much as I wanted to like this place, the coffee lacked flavor, vigor, body or even good aroma.

i went on vacation and wanted a quick coffee. this place had the best frappe i’ve ever had in my life. it was perfect and the workers were so nice :)

My husband is absolutely loving is cappuccino and I love my chocolate frappe. The couple working in the inside are so very nice. This was a nice break from walking Gatlinburg downtown.

Best coffee shop!! The lady that helped us made every drink with love!! You don't feel like "just a customer"!!

Showed up right at closing time and they still took our order and it was better than Starbucks and more affordable. I loved my chocolate Frappuccino!
