Coffee Shack

The coffee shack was a nice little hole in the wall shop. We, my wife and I, waited in line for a bit just to get up there and order our drinks. However, the coffee tasted great. I got a hot chocolate latte and my wife got a cinnamon coffee. We tried one another's because they both pretty good.

The downside to this shop being outside was the line, the lack of sleeves for the hot beverages, napkins, straws, etc. This would have made it a 3 star review, but the taste of the drinks made up for that.

Great Service. Iced Caramel Latte w/ Almond milk was delicious. A great balance of coffee and caramel flavor.

Yes it’s little pricey not bad no worse then Starbucks in price but much better w taste. I normally walk to the McDonald’s close to my work but they closed so today I went there and got a salted caramel frap and it was literally the best frappe I’ve ever had. The lady working was the sweetest. And they definitely make sure that cup is full. I did not waste my money on coffee today:)

This coffee shack is incredible!!!! We found this gem visiting TN a few years ago and everytime we come to Gatlinburg each year from Florida, we always make a special trip to get coffee from here. It's such a friendly atmosphere and they have amazing coffee, hot chocolate and smoothies. The staff is awesome and she's so friendly. This past New Year's, we were spending our yearly family vacation staying in Sevierville and we made a special trip to Gatlinburg for our favorite coffee shack. We were so sad to see our favorite place closed during normal business hours due to staffing shortages. It's so sad and incredibly frustrating how this so-called administration running our country make it so hard for businesses to survive. The economy is getting worse daily, prices are soaring constantly and staff shortages are increasing all over. When is this administration going to wake the heck up and stop being so selfish. Small business are not going to be able to survive at the rate that things are going. We hope things will get better for you Coffee Shack because you are an important part of Gatlinburg, TN and have so many who love and support you. 😊 Thank you for all you do!!! ☕️💕

Excellent coffee best in Gatlinburg..but it's a little pricey but very good

The prices are reasonable, and they don't put too much sugar. Just the right amount that it's sweet without making it feel like my teeth are falling out. Excellent coffee flavor, too! Highly recommend!

I got a spiced brown sugar honey latte and it was yummy. The people working were kind and seemed to enjoy being there. Can’t wait to go back 😃

Literally the best coffee drink I’ve had. They put so much effort into each one and you can just tell. I wish I knew the names of the employees that were working because they were wonderful

Great iced latte with marshmallow and salted caramel. They made half sweet and it was quick and delicious!

Got a small cold brew on a hot summer day. Fast service, great cold brew, and great options. I will say I kind of wish the sizes were 4oz bigger per size for the price.
