Probably the best frappes I've ever had! It's so creamy and delicious. The owners are so sweet and they definitely put a lot of love in the coffee. It's a bit pricey but worth it. They make sure to fill it all the way to the top.

Quick little coffee stand. Perfect to grab a cup as you're on the go.

I’m Cuban and as consequence I have a soft spot for coffee :), I had one of the best cold brews in this place. It was coffee, honey, milk, cinnamon, etc. Highly recommended!

I was a little chilly when coming down from the Anakeesta due to it being windy. I wanted a hot chocolate and this was a three minute walk from that area. They made me a salted caramel hot chocolate and helped me pick out all my options. My husband and I drove through the mountains to Atlanta after and I regret not getting a second one! It was delicious. I highly recommend this place for hot chocolate and your Gatlinburg everyday Personal Starbucks (even better) so many flavors/options!!!

This place is amazing. Yesterday was so hot and my husband and I were walking around the town. After doing the skylift we were headed back to our car and I was feeling like I was going to pass out. We needed something to drink and we stopped here. They were so friendly and fast service. I got the mango smoothie and it was AMAZING! My hubby got the strawberry banana smoothie. We LOVED it. The flavors were strong and tasted amazing and so fresh. The price of their products are worth it 100%. Don't hesitate!! Thank you Coffee Shack. We live in South Carolina but we can't wait to go back to Gatlinburg and we will be stopping there first!

We were the two Indian couples visited the coffee shack on the 2020 Halloween day evening . The old lady that took our orders seemed to be a perfectionist who puts her 100% in her work.She checked with us if it’s up to our liking or not for each drink we ordered! She is an Absolute professional and my husband kept on talking about her all throughout our drive! Well worth the money!

First time in Gatlinburg this past weekend and I was in need of a caffeine fix. Coffee Shack was so good that I went again the next day. The cold brew has some amazing flavors and the caramel syrup was delicious. Thank you Coffee Shack for the amazing coffee and helping me get through the long days/nights!
