This place is awesome and is full of locally made goods, foods, and other items. They have a coffee shop indoors with excellent coffee, cinnamon rolls, and other breakfast items. They also have multiple vendors inside and outside with antiques, belt buckles, baby clothing, and other assorted items. I highly recommend making a stop here if you’re in Gallatin and you’re looking for a genuine Tennessee experience.

I am speechless about how delicious EVERY item on the menu is! The ingredients are so fresh. There is a great variety at both breakfast and lunch. Biscuits, burritos, salads, sandwiches, burgers, desserts…You have to go and try it all.

What an amazing place and experience. I had my baby shower there and it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place, delicious food, really neat bistro, and the cutest boutique with unique and fun finds. Plus they have the kindest staff, where you feel like family. Great place for an event or for a yummy breakfast or lunch with shopping!! Highly highly recommend!

First time here & it was an amazing experience. Food was delicious. Multiple Gift shops with local artists. We bought head band, earrings & picture. We left by topping off our brunch with coffee from the bistro. We loved it.

Recently, we went to an amazing and unique shop/bistro/local business yesterday morning for breakfast! South Water Manor in Gallatin, TN was welcoming, had local vendor spotlight areas tucked in corners, hallways, rooms, and displayed as decor, friendly staff, and YUMMY food and drinks. They had items like leather works, candles, local bakers, metal works, wood works, artistry, jewelry, clothing, etc. You could walk around shopping and there were tables and chairs of all heights and sizes that you could set and enjoy your goodies. Another customer recommended the Yoatbowl and mom loved it. #10outof10 #recommend

Went and had lunch today with 5 other ladies and we all had a great time. Heather was so kind to tell us the about this historic bldg and how she and her husband acquired it and their future plan to have an Air BnB. Everyone in our party enjoyed the homemade food and shopping afterwards. We love that it's a family owned business and that they support local artisans. They also have a. small coffee shop and bakery and several rooms to shop for crafts, clothing and a variety of other items. I will definitely come back here more often and bring different groups of friends

Absolutely a MUST visit place in Gallatin or Sumner county ... Heck, it's worth an hour or three drive.
Local artisans of all form have works on display and available to purchase here. Even if you don't buy anything, it's kind of like an awesome museum with no entrance fee! Love this place :-)
