Wave Nutrition is one of the best tea shops around the 615 area. Tammy and her daughters are always so lovely, sweet and knowledgeable about providing you exact what you need! Their menu is very versatile as it is but they do seasonal menu and cups as well!

The owner is very nice, the drinks are tasty and made with care. You absolutely get what you pay for here the quality and genuine care is obvious is all their drinks. Definitely recommend the iced salted caramel mocha!

Hands down one of the best nutrition shops in Gallatin. Nothing beats going to Wave Nutrition after a hard workout at the gym. If you’re new I recommend getting the VooDoo. Got it twice now and I’m hooked!

Shakes are always creamy and very delicious. I like to mix things up with flavors on the specialty drinks and she always makes sure to get it done and tastes amazing!

Love, love, love their shakes and teas! I have a shake for breakfast and a Specialty tea several times a week and they are delicious! Tammy, Cody and Taylor always provide great customer service as well. Love my Wave Nutrition! ❤️

I've been all over middle TN trying different teas from different places and Wave is the best one! You get your money's worth in product, you can see exactly what they put in it and she does not skim on quality by using cheap flavorings. They have a wide variety and keep it interesting with new drinks each season! I HIGHLY recommend Wave!!

I am usually not into the teas and meal replacement shakes, but I guess I had not had someone make them like they do. There is not one thing on the menu I don't like. When I first started trying it, she walked me through the GIANT menu. This has turned into my favorite place to grab a drink, especially a tea and I'm usually not a tea person!! I go almost everyday and Tammy remembers every time what I get. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!

Wave Nutrition is one of the best nutrition shops in Middle TN! The owner of the shop is so knowledgeable on each product she offers, and the drinks are the absolute best! You can’t go wrong with a shake or tea at this shop!

For the outstanding coffee. Great pick me up. They also have healthy sugar free yet extremely deliciously favorable teas. Can’t go wrong there. If you are local I say drive on by and try it out. And if you are passing through, well treat yourself to something amazing and healthy. Once you taste it you think there is no way it’s healthy. But trust me it is. Great customer service and a delicious and healthy drink. No way to go wrong here!
