I love the carmelious drinks hot, cold or blended. Working towards trying something new lol. I really like the rewards some times I get free drinks

Great coffee and awesome customer service. Only one complaint. I have been to this location 4 times before the grand opening and always scan in the app. So I went to the grand opening because they were giving out more points. When I went up the the window I gave them cash and they turned around the the computer and I was waiting for them to scan. When they came back they said it was too late because they already closed my check. I wish they would wait or ask if you are a member..... I missed out of the special promo for the grand opening.

Rude workers.

In town on business staying at hotel within sight and did not have the rental car. Walked over to place an order for myself and co-workers. Workers at this location saw me in front of the menu and speaker. Took a moment to look at the menu, and said hello to get attention that I am ready to order...and was ignored. By the fourth hello, I finally noticed a tiny sign for no walk up customers. I was not acknowledged until the third car was in line behind me, when "No walk-ups" was all that was said.

No problem, happy to take hundreds of dollars of business to a competitor even if it is Starbucks.

they were so nice!! the drink was delicious & they even remade my drink for free when I forgot to ask for almond milk

First time quest and I was impressed! Ordered the turtle latte and it was pretty good. 👍🏽

Really strong, potent coffee, loved that it’s an only drive thru kind of place. The only thing I didn’t like is that they get their food pre made so they don’t offer no cheese or switching of meats on their different breading sandwiches.

honestly BEST coffee i’ve ever had. way better than starbucks or dunkin or anything i’ve ever tasted. everything is fresh, everyone is friendly!
i always have a great experience, so much that it caused me to want to write a review!

Scooters is the best!! Huge fan of the “Everything Bagel Sandwich” and their iced lattes. Super fast & friendly service!! 😍😍

My family enjoyed the coffe,iced chai tea and blended cold drinks! Got to experience Scooters while on vacation in South Dakota. Glad they have this in Chattanooga.

We tried Scooter's Coffee for the first time and this will definitely not be our last! This is our new favorite coffee shop when traveling to Chattanooga, TN! The smoothies are sooo good!
