Oaks Coffee House

Oaks has a friendly environment with good staff and comfortable work spaces. The coffee flavor sometimes tastes under-brewed and a little in the sour side. It can also be a hit or miss for remote work or homework environment. The upstairs seating is usually the more private and comfortable, but from time to time there are lots a loud kids upstairs. Not really sure why they are running around up there.

Went to a special artists event upstairs. Atmosphere was great, enjoyed getting to meet local artisans.

Have gone through the drive thru twice with no luck! First time I got my bagel with no butter and the second time I asked for the same thing and got cream cheese and no knife. Maybe the third time is a charm! They should have some coffee before starting their morning shift. It works! lol

If you're anywhere close, stop. Great prices on a true coffeehouse experience. We ordered a pour-over, biscotti, hot latte, and loved it all. There is indoor and outdoor seating and friendly staff. $11 for large pour-over, hot latte, biscotti, and a vinyl sticker.

The downstairs area is great for randomly seeing friends. The upstairs area is very large and great for quite working.

Best place in town to hangout and do homework or just to get coffee and go. I freaking love this place, there's always seating when the upstairs in not reserved ;)

This is my favorite coffee shop in Tennessee and one of my favorites anywhere. I consider them the “Chick Fil A” of coffee shops. Everyone here is so friendly, the environment is warm and inviting and the whole place is spotless. The food and coffee are delicious and they have many vegan/vegetarian options. I would much rather spend my money here than give it to a large chain or small coffee shop run by hipsters treating me like they are doing me a favor to even grace me with their presence. It is less than a mile off of 75 if you are traveling through town. They are closed on Sundays.

Had the Avocado Toast and fresh fruit plate. All was very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Employees kind of feel like they were hatched from eggs in the back. Great drinks, service a bit knowing and amused

Friendly staff, good coffee, cool atmosphere. Would return here if I'm ever back in the area.
