My crepe and late was very good but the waffles could be better. A blueberry waffle should have blueberries cooked in it not just on top... so 2 of the 4 guest enjoyed it and 2 did not.

SUPERB! We were passing through town. Stopped for breakfast. Omelettes, muffins, crepes delish. Ordered a Lavender London fog with earl grey and it was divine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GREAT SERVICE and FOOD!

The facilities are not very posh. It's in a older home. YOU write down your order. A interesting menu. The coffee was very good. I had a crepe which was huge with ham and mozzarella. The crepe was a little on the thick side but still rather tasty. I recommend you try it at least once. It was rather busy and I was there on a tuesfay morning.

Amazing crepes...I had the Nordic Crepe with the salmon and capers—it was incredible! I also got to try turkey + brie with balsamic crepe, and that didn't disappoint either.
The spot is busy and seating is limited, but I didn't see anybody lingering around waiting for a table.
Great brunch spot...I'll definitely be back.

Great coffee with free refills. I'm not much of a crepe eater but they always smell delicious. I also love the outdoor seating out front. It can get a little busy at peak hours, but it's a great spot to work in the afternoons if you want to sit outside and have wifi and coffee.

Best waffles in brentwood. My daughter just loves them. It's nice to be able to take my family someplace that we can feel safe. They actually enforce wearing masks and that gives me peace of mind in these scary times. Oh the coffee is good too.

The crepes were awesome. The place is kinda small and was really crowded on a Saturday morning. The wait was upwards of 30 minutes if you wanted a crepe. Great for 2 or 3 people, but would be difficult for groups any larger than that.

The dining areas are small and tight with small tables as well as table toppers. This place has limited seating capacity and it will get crowded.
Their coffee was fantastic, I ordered the perch blend and found it very flavorful and not to strong. My entree was a build your own omelette with cheese, bacon and chorizo as well as cheddar cheese. The Omelette portion size was perfect I would probably say about three eggs and it was served with a side of mixed greens and a balsamic vinaigrette (the leafy greens were fresh and crisp). However, The Omelette was overcooked. It was essentially burnt a bit certainly edible but it was still not ideally cooked like it should have been.
You order up at the at the register and they give you a corresponding number that you place at your table and then just wait for your food to be brought out to you. It's a pretty quick experience especially if you're in a hurry it works well. The staff was friendly courteous and professional.

I love The Perch. I go there whenever I want to meet with friends over coffee and breakfast or early lunch. My favorites are the Omelettes as well as the crepes. But most of all I love the setting. It's as a coffee shop should be - busy, a constant coming and going, different corners with different tables, some closer to the kitchen, some in a separate room that is more quiet, some outside on the sidewalk under umbrellas. Even when it's crowded, you can almost always find a seat. The service is efficient and friendly, and I love that it's not a big chain like Starbucks. If I have one critique, it's that their lattes are sometimes not hot enough, which is easily remedied by asking for extra hot when I remember. Two big thumbs up for The Perch!

This place have a good food but unfortunately the manager Austin is not made for this restaurant business. I feel like the guy have personal issues that he bring to work.
