I LOVE this place!! Melissa has done a wonderful job of showcasing our little patch of heaven in Ocoee, TN. So many details and small touches showcasing the Appalachian culture around here. The ladies were so nice (our waitress, Abby, worked from 6 am to 10 pm on a Saturday) and friendly. Food was great and reasonably priced. I had a blackberry goat cheese grilled cheese with pasta salad, and my beau and I split one of Myrtle’s yummy desserts. We had a wonderful time. I can’t wait to return and next time with friends to share the love!

Stop by to get some coffee and something for breakfast. While waiting for our order we sat outside, in their cozy porch and enjoyed good coffee☕️… Place itself is very authentic with a lot of little details of past and with great personality! Girls working in the cafe were super nice and friendly, despite early time ( not all people are smily at early hours😄). Bathroom was nice and clean.
We got our burritos and some of house made goat cheese with Rosemarine. Wow, it was delicious!! Usually, I’d add some sauce or Mayo to my burritos but not into these ones! Flavor was rich, balance and very juicy😋😋…Cheese was incredibly good! Next time we will buy more! And we all loved little touch on our burritos as hand written wishes of having a good day😍🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼.
Thank you guys and it’s definitely the place to visit you again!!!

My husband and I really enjoy this restaurant. I love the grilled goat cheese and black berry sandwich! I see a future trip back soon to this positive energy, cozy cafe!

Walked in to order take out, met with friendly staff and great service. Ordered the french dip and it was really good! Would definitely recommend for a nice filling home style lunch that had fresh ingredients!

Absolutely hands down will be back at least once a month (we drove about 30 minutes). We tried the French dip with potato salad, blackberry and goat cheese grilled cheese sandwich with the cucumber salad and the brie, apricot and bacon grilled cheese with the loaded potato soup. OMG. It was all absolutely amazing!!! The flavors were so complimentary, the food was served up fast even though there's only the two of them working today, and the atmosphere was funky and homey at the same time. We will definitely be making this a staple outing!

Excellent food. Awesome atmosphere. Friendly staff. Eating here once made us regulars. Next level charcuterie board!

Our newborn has a severe food allergy, actually like 5 of them. So needless to say, food options are limited. We have tried eating out 1/2 a dozen times at places that say they can accommodate. None of them could.

Melissa cleared the line, sanitized everything, and did not cross contaminate at all. She turned customers away, shut down the kitchen, and treated us way better than any other big restaurant had.

We tipped about 100% of our bill for 4 people. Melissa, I greatly appreciate the true care you showed.

Awesome little cafe to eat at whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hearty portions served that is very fresh. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to try. If you haven't been, you're missing out!

Stopped by during the "off season" for a quick bite after revisiting a special spot for us on the mountain nearby. Wow! Surprisingly wide variety of menu items from salad and sandwiches to homemade soups and desserts, Myrtle's offers the weary Highway 64 traveller or Ocoee paddler a welcome break from typical burgers and fries and other road food fare. This sweet cafe is homey and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was also shocked to see haystacks (a vegetarian taco salad) on the menu by name, as well as some meatless and even vegan options like dairy free cheese choices. We ate our meal on the front patio where there are a few tables available. It was not overpriced by any means, either (less than $20 for both of us including a shared dessert). If you're near Ocoee and would like a great, non-sketchy place to rest and enjoy some good food, I highly recommend you visit this little gem.

Delicious food and deserts!! Very fresh and tasteful! Best I’ve tasted in a long time. Friendly staff and homey atmosphere! Will be going back before we leave the area.
