Barefoot Buddha

This place is awesome! Fantastic food and amazing coffee drinks. Service and speed were very good also!

I'm vegetarian and ate here for lunch a few times. Wide array of options, friendly staff, and a nice vibe over all.

I felt so lucky to stumble upon the Barefoot Buddha on our way to the airport. Had we found it sooner we would have visited multiple times. They had something on the menu for everyone in our group from smoothies, to croissants, to delicious vegetarian sandwiches that they were happy to customize for our vegan relatives. Everything was made with care and the staff was phenomenal. They even have bialys and bagels imported from NJ. Next time I'm in St. Thomas I'll definitely go back.

Good food and smoothies. We ate there twice during our stay. They close a little early and some of the food can be quite spicy but overall amazing staff and facilities.

We ate here so many times during our vacation. Lots of healthy food cooked fresh. Drinks are good, too

Trendy touristy coffee shop. Friendly staff. Have to put your own lid on at condiment bar. WiFi $5. Does not accept American Express. convenient break from shopping. Indoor and outdoor seating. Restroom available. Key inside front door.

I question the cleanliness of this place, dinning area and bathroom. For 3 days in a row I went there (not by choice, with friends). There was no soap toilet tissue or hand tissues in the bathroom. I mentioned it for 2 days to the employees and nothing. How/where do they use the bathroom? 😳 Are employees not using soap to wash their hands? Maybe they do it in the prep sink with water only.

Along with that, some of their kitchen machinery and other items are stored in the bathroom. What????

My friends say the food is okay but I refuse to eat there.

This cafe is lovely, we went there after a glowing recommendation by the owner of the Phantasea botanical garden. The food.is predominantly vegetarian, easy enough to make vegan but they do sell the Epic protein bars which are meat. I didn't get a chance to try the coffee as we went in the late afternoon and I regret that being a coffee lover. The atmosphere is crunchy granola coffee bar, very chill, and very pleasant. I ordered the caprese panini and a Coco mango smoothie. The smoothie was tasty and well balanced. The caprese panini was absolutely incredible and I wish I could have one every day of the week. My partner had a Mediterranean bowl which was almost perfect, it was held back by the single low point and the only reason it isn't a five star review. The falafels were almost inedibly dry. I suspect it was just a bad day for the falafels because everything else was incredible. And it is one of the cheapest places to eat on St. Thomas, at least in our journeys so far

I was in town on vacation and my friend who works on one of the cruise ships also was in town and recommended we meet at Barefoot Buddha for lunch. This cute little Cafe is right off the Havensight mall. I had the falafel wrap and it was amazing! My bf had the blt wrap which he enjoyed and we both got the frozen Caramel coffee. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping here, you won't regret it! The food is made fresh and is outstanding. I found it was hard to find good food around St. Thomas so it was a treat to discover such a gem!

This is a regular of mine and for good reason. They have delicious bagels. The Garden Parch Multigrain bagel is fantastic. The drink variety is good and they have a bunch of health conscious snacks. Wifi is $5 per day, unless you spend more than $10, then it is complimentary. Not the best for downloading large files, but adequate for calls and browsing. You can send packages here if you are on a cruise ship. There is also a boutique adjacent that has countless dresses, jewelry and curious if you need any souvenirs.
