Scooter's Coffee

Scooter's was my regular go to for my husband's small Americano until the 2 recent price hikes to 3.50. Now they are .53 higher than Starbucks. Both on my route, won't be stopping there anylonger. Friendly & great coffee but every penny counts these days & with tip just too high for me.

Spectacular, friendly service. After a recent visit my teenage daughter commented, "I always feel so good after i go through this drive through. I think it is because they always include us in the conversation." It was an excellent observation. The girls are always having fun, but you never feel like the fun excludes you, they share stories about why they are laughing and let you join in. In addition they are quick, so it almost feels like you have to drive off too soon!

Loooove dirty Chi!! Just perfect with a big blueberry muffin. Perrrrfect!!!

As someone that use to work there and goes through on a pretty regular basis this is my favorite place to go by far. They have the sweetest staff ever no matter what or who it is. The coffee is definitely on the sweeter side but you can always ask for it half sweet or with more espresso. About the only down fall is that I’m not working there anymore so I don’t get a free drink.

The food and drinks were amazing. Super friendly staff and fast service. Like another reviewer had mentioned, they include you in their conversations and make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend and come again the next time we’re in town!

Brenda is rude and disrespectful, not how you treat customers. I've always like scooters but refuse to give Brenda any of my business. How she learns the meaning of customer service

It's tastier, cheaper, and they're friendlier than the other place.

"A random act of kindness always sparks another". This place has incredible customer service and is always quick, plus amazing coffee. I believe this morning it was the managers daughter who did mine and thank you, really helped my day start off right.

No longer going to this location. I use to go almost every week and I previously had a good review but I'm changing it now because of today. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. When I got up to the window, there were at least 5 teenagers that looked like they were just messing around. Only one of them had a mask on and they were also not friendly and polite like the workers use to be there. My order was for an almond milk maple vanilla ice latte. I paid for it and gave them a coupon that was for half off. I then drove away and started drinking my latte only to realize that it had dairy in it. I'm very lactose intolerant and I have heart issues which are made worse by dairy. On top of that, I checked my credit card charges and they didnt even use my coupon. I decided not to go back to try and get it fixed because there was still such a huge line and I didnt want to wait another 20 minutes. It was just a waste of time and money. Big disappointment. I'll still go to the other scooters on Eglin. I've never had a bad experience with them but I will go to Starbucks instead now if I'm on the southside.

I just ordered a Pumpkin Carmelicious blended. I asked to have whip cream added. They did a BEUAtiful job with the whip cream! MUCH better than I've ever had at Starbucks. Plus, it tastes way more delicious.
