Pure Bean Coffeehouse

One of the best coffee places in South Dakota. And probably the best coffee place in Rapid City. They have a really great variety of drinks. And their drip coffee is solid every single time. Whether it's the light roast or the dark roast. And they have some really cool people who work there. I try to stop in every time I'm in town.

Sorry owner, I can leave ratings without comments if I choose. If you'd prefer me to let everyone know that our latte was made with bad milk and had to be remade, the matcha was overly sweet, and members of our party ordered hot coffees but received cold ones which also needed to get remade to get what they ordered I can do that. Owners leaving passive aggressive comments is an additional negative so I'll readjust my review accordingly to account for that.

Great service, although lady did not know what a red eye was or what half sweet meant. drip coffee was very weak and espresso was super sour. then we tried our food and the first bite was great, then downhill from there. eggs were some weird frozen block still frozen in the middle, and definitely not fresh like listed online and on menu, also the burrito was just the size of a taco, and would be 2$ anywhere else. especially for frozen product and not fresh. coffee is hard to drink.

Just moved into town so I'm trying all the coffee spots. This place has great atmosphere and fast, friendly staff. I had a wet cappuccino to enjoy in-house and it is (still sipping it!) delicious.

I'll have to come back another time for lunch because they offer food, too. Also looks like a great place to meet clients!

Excellent service and coffee. I try to stop and get locally roasted beans whenever I'm on the road and this was some of the best coffee I've had in my Midwestern and Great Plains travels. I got a bag of the Pronghorn roast and then also had a cup of it as they had it on drip. The drip coffee I got was really delicious and the beans are excellent as well.

Staff was super helpful on recommendations of what roast to get.

Not only did my caramel latte taste like it was made with spoiled milk, over half of my group of six had at least one problem with their drink. While I'm not sure who helped me and my group, we went in at about ten thirty am

I had to work for couple of hours and this place was just perform to sit and work and enjoy a nice coffee. Plenty of good options. Some very unique and refreshing coffee. I tried thai thai and it was very refreshing combination of lemongrass and coffee. Very friendly staff. And ample of workspace for you to comfortably sit and work. I wish I had more time to explore their menu. A coffee place to win 5 stars from me is tough but this place deserves it all!
