This company hires young and snooty adults.. They scoffed at me a couple of times, like as if I was a homeless man buying coffee, just to use the bathroom. I am alum at Mines.. The disrespect is typical everytime i go in..

Came in, ordered coffee, got an excellent latte made for me and then I was a klutz and spilled my drink. A guy that was not working, but obviously works here cleaned up the drink and had the baristas make me a new latte free of charge.

Guys, that's customer service. Go here!! Great coffee.

Simple the outside. Welcoming on the inside and most important the coffee is on point. It was crafted and well roasted. I would go again. Also blueberry lavender scone was delicious.

Laid back energy with plenty of seating for the morning rush. Perfect place to start your day with a friend or a book

Delicious!!😋 Had a Peach Hepburn and was very impressed that they could have peach and coffee flavors all in the same drink. Just the right amount of peach. Will come back when visiting Rapid City!

The worst coffee I’ve ever had . Ordered a vanilla latte ….tasted like powder . The staff wasn’t very friendly either . Took 15 min to get our coffee and there was barely anyone in there

Pure Bean is one of my favorite coffee shops around the Black Hills! Having moved away, I make it a priority to stop whenever I'm in town, and it's my go-to whenever I need to crush some travel work out. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and phenomenal baristas!

Great, friendly service, typical upscale coffee shop prices, and very good coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed (especially considering all the caffeine being served up). The old building is awesome, they play vinyl records, and the place is often full of college kids.

Great service, and a beautiful space. Very spacious and a good spot to get some work done! Recommend a visit or two... Or three!!!

We wish there was a location near us in Texas.
