Very cool atmosphere, in a very historic building. I give a solid 3 stars...I have no other history other than this one visit with this cafe. The single origin, Ethiopia pour over I ordered is definlately on its way to being very good. Lack of control over the water temp and no use of a scale may keep it from being a great cup of coffee. While traveling West on I-90 this may be the best chance of getting respectable coffee until Treeline coffee in Bozeman mt.

Cool location inside this old creamery building. Several options and great coffee! Service was friendly and quick. Typical coffee shop pricing and plenty of parking. Modern decor with several areas to find a seat.

I am from out of town, but always on the lookout for decent coffee. This place does have a siphon brew option, which is an automatic nod towards serious coffee, and they roast in house. My fresh roasted Peruvian pour over was not outstanding, but very good.

Wonderful little coffee shop! Great atmosphere and better staff. I'm not a coffee person but the iced Honey Lavender coffee was stellar!

Strong coffee game for sure. Good single origin drip coffee and an excellent cortado (8 oz) pulled from a Mod Bar (I think?) My only (very minor) complaint is the bags of coffee have no indication of their roast date, so it’s hard to commit to buying a bag of beans, but overall I would definitely come back for coffee and a cookie.

Coffee isn't bad. Service is slow, and many of the baristas are impolite. They often try to skimp out on basic services. They put away creamers far before closing, and act like they're doing you a favor by getting them back out. I would go to Essence of Coffee on West Main st.

Best coffee I've had in a long time. Brewed to perfection. Really cool coffee machine too. Staff were super friendly. if I'm ever in town I will be back.

Pure Bean is purely AMAZING! Refreshing atmosphere, great coffee, and exceptional service! There’s always something new and unique to experience. I feel at home as soon as I step in the door. This place is real, it is pure, and you need to visit!
