Scooter's Coffee

I love this scooters, I literally go every day. They always make my drink perfectly… BUT the price of my drink fluctuates every. Single. Day. Sometimes they charge extra for caramel and then sometimes they don’t. It’s kind of frustrating but oh well. I still love the coffee so that doesn’t really bother me that much. What really irks me is that I also sometimes buy the everything bagel sandwich and 8/10 times it’s COLD: cheese not even melted and the bread and egg is hard and cold. If you guys could just get ur pricing figured out and also make sure you heat the bagels all the way up that would be great. The coffee is the best, and when the bagel is hot it’s the second best… Just please… Get it together guys. Thanks, love ya.

Great coffee, other drinks, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff are super friendly and pleasant. If you install the app and sign up for the loyalty program, the rewards are nice and it's super convenient to pay by scan.

I ordered a chai latte with vanilla cold foam and carmel drizzle but got a coffee latte with vanilla

Just went here and the service was excellent! The two girls working tonight were very nice and quick about our orders! Definitely recommend😊

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered food and coffee here recently. Our breakfast sandwiches were a sloppy mess in the bottom of our bag. Our muffins were wet for some reason and our coffee was awful. Went back for a refund which took forever because the staff didn’t know how to process one.

This is toward’s Scooter’s in BRANDON,SD I would like to make a complaint to especially the Assistant Manager and everything like that so I was in there today and just ordering a large water because I’m sick and everything and then she comes to me and tells me that I don’t like how the way you are talking to my co workers at all and just asking if I could get a water because I waited 30-45 minutes just for my water and They got mad at me and just to let you know I’ll be sure that I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Nice little regional coffee shop using the Starbucks model. Could have been starbucks but we just went for coffee, a snack, and use their wifi. All was good.

You spend $5 for a breakfast sandwich you would think they would at least heat it up

I go here quite often for coffee and they are always happy and friendly.

Great Service!! I am using that term and could probably use a better word, the workers in that Coffee shop, literally go out of their way to satisfy their customers! They are absolutely wonderful and I’m not from South Dakota sooo?? However I did live there for four months and we went there frequently, they are just very gracious and nice people!Authentic coffee a million times better than Starbucks!!
