They have a nice ambiance and the coffee is scrumptious. The disappointment came when I took a bite of my biscuit sandwich. The biscuit just wasn't what I hoped it would be. Not fluffy. Not soft. Not tasty. But bland, and almost crunchy. I highly recommend the coffee, but skip the biscuits and grab yourself a crepe instead.

I can't say enough about Exchange Co.
I love coffee, crepes, and cheddar scones.
We are trying more gluten free options and you guys and gals make going gluten free enjoyable.
Keep up the great work!

Or as we call it “The good coffee shop” in Simpsonville. Coffee is excellent, the syrups are house-made, and the food is tasty. If you like places like Bridge City, Village Grind, or Methodical you’ll like Exchange.

OK, the blueberry lemon scone was outstanding, and the iced latte was on point. The strawberry banana smoothie wasn't smooth enough to use a straw to drink it and it was quite sour, like the strawberries might have been green... or at least not quite ripe. My 3 year old daughter wouldn't drink it. But, when I asked for some additional sugar, the counter server added 4 pumps of syrup rather generously. Overall it was a good morning snack and some special daddy daughter time!

This place has the best coffee and the best creaps. We always have great service and enjoy our time here when we go. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Cons:
The restaurant was not very organized, there was only one bathroom, there are no waitresses so you have to wait in line to order and get your food just like a fast food place, cold food/food isn't warmed up enough it seems, price is average, parking space is limited.

Pros: good environment, nice music, clean bathrooms, friendly atmosphere, well-kept/well-decorated, price is average, good food (if it was heated better and warm when brought out), there is a great variety of drinks and food, friendly employees.

We’re never disappointed! It’s a consistently great place for breakfast! Great atmosphere! My favorite two crepes are the Nutella&banana, and the chicken bacon ranch!

So, so impressed. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant, so at most restaurants I have very limited choices, and/or I have to go without dairy (cheese, sauce, dressing, etc.) The Exchange can make all (?) their crepes dairy free, and they're all already gluten free! The flavor of my crepe (something with chorizo sausage and an aioli) was fantastic, and so creamy! I also love that they have kombucha and other probiotic drinks available to purchase. My husband said the coffee was impressive, too - and he's picky about his coffee.

Anyway, to sum it up, we were very impressed, and we definitely plan to return soon and to recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.

I took my 2 celiac kids here. The coffee was great, the vegan GF Cinnamon rolls and Crepes are out of this world! We also tried the salad and the biscuits. We will be driving the 22 miles back here!! It is worth it!
