Metto's is a charming little coffee cafe on West Coleman Blvd. The atmosphere is neighborly--a place to meet with a friend or two for great coffee or tea plus yummy sandwiches, muffins, pastries and brownies. Metto's is a great place for people with special dietary needs. Non-dairy milk-substitutes for coffee, gluten-free scones, muffins and brownies, and sandwiches prepared on gluten-free bread are all options. The gluten-free brownies are simply outstanding. The service is always good and the prices are reasonable, especially given the very high quality of food and beverages offered.

Chai tea latte and cranberry orange muffin did not disappoint however I am convinced I need to return to try something gluten free since they had a wide variety of choices in this quaint little place. Forget starbucks, I will wake a little earlier to stop in here before work!

Excellent little coffee shop. Their honey latte is amazing! We also purchased the Nutella poptart and blueberry poptart. They were both excellent! The employees are very sweet and are focused on their work. The prices here are also reasonable unlike Vintage Coffee. If you're a tourist do the right thing and stop at Metto!

I was really looking forward to trying this place... very cute and looked like good coffee in the pictures. Unfortunately when I visited the service was slow... waiting in line for 30 minutes for coffee is normal right? Then when we got to the window the employee had the wrong order and had no clue what we had ordered. I got the honey latte which was subpar at best, but my boyfriend’s peppermint mocha tasted like medicine and was so watered down that I couldn’t even taste any espresso. I almost spit it out, a peppermint mocha is the most basic of lattes so that is disappointing. I am a barista so I know coffee, and this is not the quality of coffee or service that I want. Would not recommend to anyone...

Delicious, make so much of their own ingredients that everything tastes fresh and natural. Thank you for not using Monet and Torani syrups!!! Definitely one of my top fav coffee joints in all of Charleston area!

Amazing gluten free pastries (there was OPTIONS)! The staff was so pleasant, and the coffee was delicious. Could not be happier.

This is a nice little coffee shop with an inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the service was good. I had a cup of the single-origin coffee from Ethiopia as a pour over. It was excellent, light and refreshing. They have a good selection of pastries and non-coffee drinks as well.

Meta might not be on your list of where you'll go for coffee, tea, muffins, sandwich...If it's not ...then put at the top of your list now. Dining inside,on deck ,.or drive thru. The drive thru is long but fast and worth the wait. It looks like a little house great auntie Lucy lives in making yummy muffins all day. Unassuming, welcoming and cozy. The variety of teas and coffees is significant. As a tea drinker Metta selection is A-OK
Good is freshly prepared and very nice. Just before the bridge...fruit.

Seems like where the locals go! Staff is super friendly and if you bring your pooch through the drive through, they'll even get a treat 🦴 Try the honey latte and the iced mocha lavender latte for something unique!
