Cup of coffee, plastic wrapped muffin, and a choice of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Good stop on a long bike ride. Every time I sit beneath the fading umbrellas and recall how little this shop has changed over the years the more I realize it isn't because they don't want to upgrade... this is just how everyone likes it.

Worst customer service I’ve had in awhile. They really act like there doing you a favor. For being a local coffee shop I’d rather spend my money somewhere else where my business seems appreciated.

Overall the food, coffee, and service was great. Would have given 5 stars if i didn’t have to wait in line for a long period of time.

Good place to chill as a local. Very popular for tourists. Inside, outside tables. A little high priced. Wish they'd have evening hours, close late afternoon. Coffees, breakfast bun assortment, sandwiches. Wifi.

Yummy, just yummy. We were on vacation here. It has now been 3 weeks we have been home and my friend keeps talking about Java Java. We want to go back!! Breakfast sandwiches are really good.

Loved it! They get all their pastries from local bakery’s! Great vibes all around!!!

Really disappointed with the health and safety protocol adherence of the employees of this establishment. Half of the baristas were wearing a mask properly. The other have were wearing it beneath their noses or under their chin (completely defeating the point).
If I get COVID, will certainly know where it came from....

A great coffee shop! They had really good sweet treats, too. Definitely beats going into the Harris Teeter to the Starbucks there.

I love this place! The coffee is really good, and they have fresh juices and smoothies. Food always tastes fresh - I recommend the walnut pesto.
