The owner of this shop is extremely kind and welcoming. They make delicious croissant breakfast sandwiches and lattes. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area.

I came here twice while visiting IOP before spending a few days in Charleston. I like to try as many different local coffee places as I can when I'm on vacation. This one was my favorite of the trip!

Wonderful tasting croissants and excellent espresso. Great for breakfast or a mid morning snack. Owner is very nice and great staff!

Great people and friendly service. The chocolate croissants were amazing. I had the bacon egg and cheese croissant with avacodo. It was delicious. My latte was excellent as well.

I wish I lived locally and could be a daily customer. We ate here nearly every day during our beach week. The sandwiches and coffee never disappointed. The staff is lovely!!

Vanilla latte and Shrimp Salad croissant were so good. Really good coffee with any syrup.

I arrived to find a young lady behind the counter who immediately projected attitude as soon as we made eye contact. It wasn't necessarily "resting @#$&@ face" so much as it was, "I hate my job and I hate that I have to be here serving you". She pretty much kept a scowl on her face the entire interaction. And, she made no effort to offer/explain what was available for breakfast, etc. The young lady responded exceedingly curtly when I asked questions. My latte was unceremoniously made and I paid and went on my way. After I walked out I realized she didn't even bother to write the orders on my beverage cups, so I had no idea what was what. I'm sure the young lady will have an excellent career as a corrections officer somewhere in S.C. but hospitality is not her thing. Oh, the latte's were mediocre. At the time of my visit, I was the only one being served. Next time, I'll just go find corp coffee.

One of the best croissants I have had and the iced americano was great… smooth roast. I will definitely be back next time I’m at IOP.
