Needs more communication between employees, ordered frozen coffee with no whipped cream and had guy at register make sure but still got whipped cream from the one who made my drink.

Butter bear is one of the best frappuccinos I've had. Awesome staff and great service!

Friendly staff and cozy but, the ice cream process was a bit annoying / loud if you were sitting and having coffee with someone. I would stop again.
