Delicious & artfully crafted coffee in an adorable spot! The Bean Bar in Florence was a positive experience from beginning to end! Their employees were very welcoming and more than willing to help you find the perfect drink. The spot was comfortable and had plenty of seating in case you decided to sit and stay awhile! And lastly, not sure why u like this so much, but there’s a storage spot in the bathroom especially for your cell phone! 10/10 ⭐️
Super inviting spot! While on the road I stopped in and asked for a to-go order… food items are limited to bagels & cream cheese along with the staple pastries associated with coffee, but the coffee was well worth the minor detour. One of the best lattes I’ve had… the service was amazing too. Without compromising quality they had me back on the road within minutes with toasted bagels and cream cheese to go along with my coffee. Dogs were hanging out on the front porch and I wish I had time to enjoy the rail trail network that can be found just behind the building. Really a chill spot with some fun stuff on display
This is an extraordinary coffee shop! I’ve had many lattes, but my caramel latte here was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very creamy and amazing flavor. We also tried the earl grey lavender pound cake and strawberry matcha cookie - delicious! The barista made sure we loved our drinks. You can tell they care deeply about excellent quality and great service. And the coffee shop itself is very cute and spacious. A must try!
This is the best coffee experience I've ever had in my life. There is plenty of parking. As soon as I arrived I was reading the menu outside. Someone came outside to greet me and ask me if it was my first time. When I said yes they were so kind and explained how they make all their syrups and house and every product is organic. I went inside and the cashier let me know that she was in training and gave me the same spill, and when I went to order cold brew they recommended not adding additional milk to it if I was a coffee person. I asked for my milk on the side and for my coffee to be half sweetened, and I will tell you I was able to drink that cold brew without any creamer. I ordered a shaken vanilla espresso as well and it was a combination of cream soda flavor as well as sparkling water and coffee. It is delicious but you definitely don't want to let it melt. I came back later in the day and ordered another cold brew as well as some iced tea. They make the tea as you order it so it is so fresh and they deliver it to you if you are eating in house. The Wi-Fi password is on every table which is awesome. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The only thing is it does echo a little bit in there but if you are needing some quiet time you can probably just go out on the porch and get that (unless there's a customer who has no idea they're in a public space or no "inside voice") but they can't help that. I recommended this coffee shop to everyone I've talked to since I went last Friday. I was traveling when I went otherwise I would go there every single day. What a neighborhood friendly coffee shop. I watch them greet their regulars by name as they came through the door. It was wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful!! Just happened to be passing through after my vacation and found this gem! Inviting and safe environment where I felt welcomed into! The coffee is AMAZING! And the bagels are soooo yummy! Fun fact the owner creates the stickers and they are so cool and 50% is donated!
I come here often. They staff is extremely pleasant to be around. The aura of the venue is calm and relaxing. I always recommend this place to others. Btw, try the Churro latte before it goes out of season, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
Can’t say enough good things about this place. Stopped here for breakfast on the way to Charleston. The staff is super-friendly, the coffee is incredible (can’t go wrong with Counter Culture), and the pastries are on point!
Edit from 5 to 3 stars: Okay so this place really needs to get better breakfast options, because I don't want a bagel or a pop tart for breakfast, and they aren't worth it to come just for their drinks because I would rather go somewhere I can get both a good breakfast and a drink. This time we got coffee, and when someone asks for coffee with creamer and sugar, they want creamer in it, not a creamy milk or just milk. If we had wanted milky coffee we just would have ordered a latte. The coffee sucked. I'm probably never coming back.
All of their drinks have healthy ingredients and you can taste it (in a good way). They don't have much for breakfast choices, but currently they are partnering with another small business that has breakfast sandwiches, we got the bacon, egg, and cheese, and it was pretty good! I got a masala chai latte, which had a strong cinnamon taste, and also tastes much more strongly of spices than most chai lattes from other places would. I enjoyed its taste though! My boyfriend got a hot chocolate, and while it was good, it was slightly more bitter than most as it is a semisweet. It gets really busy! So if you want to go I would try a weirder time of day, as a lot of people meet there! They also had some cute water bottles and coffee accessories for sale!
Great place to swing by when you are driving through SC. It can please any customer with variety of coffee drinks and assortment of teas, smoothies and etc. Special treat for furry guests too! Awesome hospitality and tasty sweets.

Hip, hoppin’, and delicious! :)
Bean Bar’s got phenomenal coffee, a vibe that would be at home from NYC to Miami, and staff that are super kind.
Make sure you say hey to Miss Fran while you’re here.
Stop by and snag a cup of joe (and maybe a homemade pop tart and some cheesecake too).
