this place is truly amazing - coming from someone who doesn't care for ice cream but is married to, well... an ice cream "snob" hehe. the vibe is laid back, inviting & is "user friendly" - i feel like i'm overwhelmed with menus from similar shops. the employees are very passionate & accommodating! my husband mentioned the ice cream sandwich of the month (peanut butter and jelly, yum!) so i knew i had to get some - despite the fact that i was making an hour long trip home... these sweet folks hooked me up with four sandwiches and even gave me an ice pack for my bag! so lovely & sweet - very appropriately named!

A cozy ice cream and coffee shop that makes awesome product. There's many coffee options, from the normal hot coffee to cold brew concentrate to beans that are aged in a whiskey barrel. But I came for the ice cream. The options seem seasonal, with options like Clove (it was really unique and delicious, not harsh at all). I got a scoop of Sugar Cookie with Praline and a scoop of Gingerbread Cheesecake with caramel, which were both decadent and high quality ice cream. The gingerbread flavor was the best of the ones I tried, but all were great.

The ice cream here is DELICIOUS. I love the rotating menu and I'm always excited to try a new flavor when I visit. The coffee bean flavor is one of my favorites! The staff are super polite and the store is always immaculate!

Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. My only regret is that my father, who ate ice cream every day, isn't with us anymore! He would have LOVED Sweet Cream Company 🥰. Cannot wait to be back in Columbia and try more flavors.

While the ice cream is wonderful. You’re employees need better training if what your products contain. I called and asked if your ice cream has eggs and your employee responded that it didn’t. When I visited the shop less then an hour later and confirmed this information your employee said that the ice cream does contain eggs. This could have been deadly to my daughter if I didn’t double check as she has a severe egg allergy. Please make sure your folks are knowledgeable of what’s being served .

Best ice cream in all of South Carolina by far. Every week they have different flavors and I have never ever had one that I did not love. They really outdo themselves with their customer service as well. Staff is very friendly and they never rush you. The place is always packed because of how good the ice cream is. The cinnamon brown sugar flavor is the best one when they have it. Also, the serving size is huuuuge. Two scoops = full meal

Delicious, carefully crafted ice creams and sorbets using fresh and local ingredients. Very unique flavors, some that change with the seasons. Nice space inside with limited seating, but great location to grab a scoop and walk down the scenic Main Street.

This has become my favorite place for ice cream. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, but the ice cream and sorbet is some of the best I've had in a long time. I've had a lot of the flavors and loved them all, but if the White Chocolate Raspberry Almond or the Goat Cheese Agave Walnut is on the menu I'm grabbing a pint or two. The cookie sandwiches are also amazing, I try to get one every month.

So although the flavors were ALL rather bizarre it was a cute place. Staff is "ok". Not really the most kid friendly place and its an ice cream shop (weird). 💁 Clean & quaint with indoor seating and a couple park benches on the sidewalk. It'd be really nice if they had a handful of regular flavored ice creams. They only have 1 style of cone...and it's waffle. A little pricey too.
