Food was average, nothing really special. The service was awful. Not sure if they were understaffed but our waiter avoided our table like the plague. It took an hour for our food to come out and not once did the waiter let us know that the reason for the delay. He barely even stopped by to refill our drinks, we had to flag him down when he would go to adjacent tables. If they were understaffed a simple "hey the kitchen is running a bit behind due to staffing" would have been nice.

I had crab cake Benedict and my husband had the brunch burger daily special & we each got one of their special coffees. I regret that I didn’t retain our servers name but she was just outstanding!
The burger was sloppy and DELICIOUS, the flavors throughout the Benedict were remarkable and the coffees were a dessert in a cup. What a great meal!

Fantastic shrimp and grits. Decent paninis. Service was very good.

Great food and service. Our server Sophia was so nice and a positive person.

She had a really grumpy man next to us and she took the challenge to make him happy. I think she even managed to get a smile out of him.

They were very accommodating with substitutions for sides etc.

Customer service is not dead.

Went for brunch thinking this restaurant was a part of the Red Rooster Harlem group only to find out it was not. The food here was amazing. I try not to over eat but I committed gluttony that day. I may even go back to Beaufort just eat here. I'm not sure if the fried green tomatoes were seasonal but they were indeed different but DELICIOUS. It was a highlight of my meal there.

Food was excellent. We were there for a family function. They weren't ready for us. Dining area was extremely hot and humid. Informed they don't keep the area cool when not in use. Was 81 degrees 😳. Only registered 79 when the 10 of us left the restaurant. Hospitality needs improvement.

This place is awesome!!!! Prices can be a bit high but the food is phenomenal. I usually get the Green eggs and Ham ( Eggs Benedict with spinach )

Great service and amazing food. We went on a Sunday for breakfast. It did take a bit to get seated and get our food because they were short staffed, but the wait was worth it. The shrimp and grits were amazing! The French toast was balanced (not too sweet) and the sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly.

Expect to wait to get a table. Then expect to wait 45 mins to get cornbread. Then 45 more mins for your meal. Plan for half a day, basically.

We have been to the Rooster on a weekend and it was much nicer today, a Tuesday! No wait for a table and service was good, new waitress. Hubby had South of the Border which he liked very much. I had the Panini and it was very good as well. Mimosa was excellent. We'll be back Tuesday they Friday.
