Blackstone's Café

What a place! The staff was accommodating, attentive and always checked on us to ensure that we received the correct order or if anything else was required. Shrimp and grits were phenomenal and the gentleman (I believe his name was Lou) was the consummate professional! Will definitely be returning for this positive experience!

Love these folks. Incredibly caring people. Get there early and you can join them in the pledge of allegiance. The food was perfect. Service was even better! Very reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere. 3rd time here. They've never missed a beat.

Great experience all the way around. Just picked our marine from boot camp and wanted a nice spot to eat, blackstone’s exceeded our expectations.

Popped in here on rainy, dreary day to answer my grumbling stomach. A delightful lady suggested the soup of the day: chicken and barley. Wow! Who knew a simple soup could be so satisfying. I looked around and everyone else enjoy in their respective meals.No wonder there was such a crowd. Courteous service, reasonable prices, and delicious meals await you.

Had the traditional breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and biscuit. Simple breakfast, but the hashbrowns and bacon were perfect crispness. My partner was happy they had iced coffee. The atmosphere was fun with banners from different schools. Service was great!

First time in Beaufort, and this was our first stop -- we've never been met with such a warm and hospitable welcome! Lou greeted us immediately and was so kind. We took his offered special of crab cakes and grits and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend and we'll be coming back again.

Food is pretty good, but the time between ordering & eating is usually pretty long.

The food was okay, the sweet tea was not good . The atmosphere was good.

I go everytime... Shrimp and grits if you're feeling adventurous and breakfast staples are all cooked to order and the service is always flawless.

After a misunderstanding from a previous visit, I am editing my review in favor of the Blackstones Cafe. The staff and management went out of thier way to make this visit better. They did, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely great, and so was thier service. It is a good choice for breakfast if visiting Beaufort SC!
