1st here, we were referred by a friend. Food was good & quick.

We were greeted and seated promptly. The food took a little while to arrive but it was worth the wait. Our waitress recommended the Cajun shrimp and grits and I’m glad she did, it was delicious. Overall, I would definitely come back.

Good food at a reasonable price. Around 11.00 or under for a great omelette.

My fiancé got the shrimp and grits, and I got grits, scrambled eggs and a blueberry muffin. Everything was very delightful and filling.
However, just do yourself a favor and GET THE MUFFIN.
They grill it and it is amazing. It is a unique twist on your average blueberry muffin. DELICIOUS.

Food here is always good they have a good breakfast and lunch mix. Some traditional some seafood and Cajun style. Welcoming staff and well maintained restaurant.

Wanted to love this place. Loved the decor and servers were very friendly, kind and attentive. Hated the food though. Ordered their specialties. Knew we would have to wait for a table and wait for the food since they were slammed and the kitchen backed up, but the shrimp and grits were barely edible. My husband's corned beef hash was better. Hash browns looked very crisp at least. Could have complained, I suppose, but little point. Will eat breakfast at home instead since few places are open around here on a Sunday and I can cook much better than this.

They are still (as of May 16,2021) adhering to the covid practices (as are most restaurants) so the seating capacity is drastically lower, so the wait was a bit (about 35 min), so I suggest you figure this in to your plans. We didn't mind waiting as took a walk around downtown. The service was top notch, the rest of the staff was super friendly and the food was stellar. I had the smoked salmon plate and was delicious (wasn't what I expected but it was good nonetheless!). My friend had the corned beef and said it too was really good (he finished about 15 minutes before me because he basically scarfed it down).

Good local Cafe. Excellent service. Make you feel appreciated for coming. Had corned beef hash and eggs, really excellent. Pleasant experience.
Next time
Had lox & bagel w/extra craters. Excellent, nice portion of Lox. Made sandwich with the onions, lettuce, lox, Bagel & capers. Great large sandwich. Good taste!
Very busy but line moves ok fast.
Atmosphere is nicely different.

Very friendly service and great food. I had shrimp and grits and they were amazing. We say out back because they have a dog friendly patio and the setting was perfect. Will definitely be back here again.

Homey locally owned place with a great eggs Benedict. Service isn't real fast so don't go there if you are in a rush. Go there if you would like to relax.
