Best coffee shake around. It always tasted better at 4 a.m. on the way home from a
long night at the bar. Not gonna lie it's very disappointing that they are no longer open 24 hours. Get there before midnight I believe

nah nah cuz they advertising rlly is cap. the OUTSIDE of their building says “24 hour drive thru” .. not specifying it’s only on friday & saturday &&&& when their hours are listed to close at 11pm (and is stated when you call them) they told us they’re closed at 10:00 ???? we pulled up cuz the sign in their window said Open.. then when my boyfriend went inside to order they locked the door and turned the sign off w no reasoning. when my bf showed the worker the hours online he responded “we’re just closed.” i don’t usually write bad reviews but this has happened more than once.. had to let the ppl know.

Been here a few times not usually this bad and I made pretty big orders. The last time I was there the service was AWFUL. We were being rushed and they ran out of 1 of our orders and made us go around the drive thru and order something else while they handed us 2 orders which was a melted banana boat and melted off the cup chocolate ice cream. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Rude girls.

My friends and I have been going to Coffee Bean Express for a little while now and have never had a problem with it. We really enjoy their milkshakes and ice cream. BUT, tonight we went a woman was so ignorant and had the biggest attitude. We ordered very quickly, but when they didn’t have the ice cream one of us wanted she got angry about it. We didn’t make a big deal, we just picked something else out quick to keep it simple. I, myself, work at a drive thru and can understand that sometimes it’s frustrating when people will take their time ordering and then order the whole menu. We ordered three things and the lady was giving us an attitude the entire time. We pull up the to window and all of the ladies in there were staring at us, throwing out dirty looks like candy on Halloween. It’s 24 hour service, if you don’t want to work overnight, then don’t. Don’t be rude to your customers because of the job that you don’t enjoy.

This is horrible place came in today at 3;30 the guy with glasses and the women bad customer service if you don’t like your job don’t work and don’t give attitude to the customer that’s just trying ti buy ice cream this please need to update with their workers bad attitude bad place

I drives thru for a hot cappuccino with almond milk.. I came home and open the cup cause it taste awful.. they gave me a hot white water tasteless.. I called but no answer

I bought a awesome kiddie sundae! It was a kiddie size because I can never finish a regular size one... It cost about three dollars and was well worth it!! I still couldn't finish it;

employees are very sweet and the lattes are delicious!! i got a french vanilla with strawberry and it tasted like a parfait 💗

Worst customer services ever, skinny employee with ombré hair threw my credit card at my pregnant wife.
