Overall excellent food and atmosphere. However, it took them 20 minutes to even get to the act of replacing drinks so that I could get the drink that I wanted for my meal.

Employee that was in their was rude, lazy and all around unintelligent. Had to be instructed how to make each sandwich despite being the trained employee. She was entirely clueless about every choice we made and was very angry and had a negative attitude when asked to add ingredients. Worst subways in town the gas station next door sells better subs

I would give this location a five-star all the way if they could keep some employees so that the food is consistent. The turnover seems to be quite high there. Everyone is always nice and the place is clean.

Montana kept up with all the orders even though she was the only employee serving the customers. She never missed a beat even with multiple orders.

Clean, good food, but very slow.

The first time I went the food was so good and I was helped so fast. This time I went in and no one was there me and two other people stood there for 15 min and no one came to make our sandwiches. So we all left. I see why I rarely see anyone here.

The gal who was there was all by herself. She was busy but still friendly

It would be nice if they had more crew in store more often. They often only have one person working at any time, save for like, a couple hours in the afternoon and early evening.

Very quick subway. Excellent and friendly staff. Plenty of parking out front for even vehicles with trailers

I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs online and they switched the 2 breads, tried to only give us 1 bag of chips, and gave us 1 cup when we ordered 2 bottles. And when we first went in, the lady was too busy on a phone call to care at all what was happening. Absolutely pitiful

The place was clean. The lady was new and struggled with the order. The price the was high $9.36 for a turkey wrap. The food was good.

We went to Rock Springs Wyoming subway for a quick lunch to eat on the road back to Oregon. The girl that helped us was friendly, greeted us with a smile. Food was delicious. I recommend the Rock Springs Wyoming subway if you're traveling through.

Really nice crew. Best looking and tasting sub I’ve ever gotten from a Subway. Gal with her nails and hair done up all Queen like with the cool tats- I did not catch her name, but she knows how to make a meeaaan sandwich. Thank you, miss.

Tracy r**ing owns the subways in rock springs wyoming with the exception of the college hill location which is the ONLY location you should ever visit. Ask yourself, have you ever received a "rolled" sandwich, bad service, rude artists, fly ridden locations, locations that are supposed to be open and aren't? If yes, than you've been to his stores. This is not a message from a disgruntled ex employee, it's just a fact. His number is on his location doors... call him sometime ;) by the way, corporate will not do anything about this particular franchise owner and tracy claims "I am H.R." Go see how happy his team is. Lmao! Enjoy your lunch.
