Watched cooks and waiters cooking/handling food barehanded. Watched a cook eat food, lick his fingers, and continue to place food on customers plates with bare hands before they came out.
I wasn't too impressed. The 2 things that I really wanted on their menu, they didn't even have. I had already paid for the food before they told me they didn't have what I ordered, and tried to substitute it with something else on their menu. At least, they did give me more food for free to help minimize the inconvenience. I did appreciate their effort.
Great to stop at Dennys good food, nice atmosphere, friendly server very nice smile.
40 minutes to get my food. Missing toast and sausage links. Pancakes semi cold. Server was lost all the way through.
Everyone is great there, The Waitresses are ready to help and there's no waiting, see you and and the food is great. Love everyone there
Awesome-sauce! Very friendly servers, I wish we would’ve gotten our servers name bc she deserves a shout out:) Clean bathrooms! Clean restaurant! Food was great! My husband is a long haul trucker so we’re in & out of truck stops daily & I’m always looking for a Denny’s attached to a Flying J’s to stop over for the night. Unfortunately we’ve haven’t had the best experience lately with Denny’s locations so we are happy happy happy! Thanks guys! Your great!
The food was great and they messed up my bosses order and the waitress got mad and we had empty glasses of drinks sitting at the table and the two ladies just stood around and watching TV. When we tried get their attention them gave a look and looked behind themselves. As we are about to leave then they wanted to help us with something and as we are about leave. We visited bc we were hungry for something to eat right before we go to the next place to work.
It was more like a 3.5 ⭐ visit. My over-easy eggs had more oil on them than yoke in them. The rest of the meal was good. Service was kind and attentive. I would revisit this location without hesitation.
Very nice wait staff . Only complaint is I asked for over medium eggs and got runny whites as well .be very specific is all. Otherwise perfect

If I could give negative stars, I would. Waited over 20 minutes, real actual minutes, not Karen minutes, to get repeatedly ignored by all three staff members we saw and were unable to even get seated.
Passing thru on a cross country drive. Jasinda was my waitress. Can't recommend her enough. Such a sweet lady. Food was amazing.
My dinner was made exceptionally well. I asked the manager on duty (Vonita) who made my bourbon chicken and the chef Jose did a marvelous job. My vegetables were cooked and still crispy. My chicken was juicy and delicious. I’ll definitely be back.
I had a great experience today at Dennys Rock Springs. I ate dinner there and Vonita was the head waitress and was very attentive and professional. The dinning experience could not had been better.
Not the best tasting food! Pancakes taste like warm raw cookie dough

Had breakfast here today forgot a bag with 2 Dr peppers in it on the counter and go back in to get it and the manager tells me " My dishwasher must have taken 1 of them I could only find 1 of the 2 in the office." So your telling me one of your staff stole my drink? "Well let's be honest it isn't stealing if you forgot it." Yes it is. Waitress tried to give me money to pay for the soda I refused and told manager I would be contacting corporate for his lack of leadership with his staff. I'm a trucker stuck here due to road closure did you not think I would be back looking for my stuff? What if this was my wallet or my phone. Never again will I give this place my hard-earned money. You have lost me as a customer for life.
This is the First Denny’s, I had Great food and great service !!!
