Was a little lost with the menu, it was my first time there. Got my food quickly and the homemade lemonade was awesome.
Good food good service.
It's a step beyond fast food and certainly surpasses fast food blandness and a h heartburn rendering south of the border food experience. A welcome experience every time!
If you like Cafe Rio, this is is great location. We stop here when traveling for business and the service is always friendly.
I think the Google rating is 4.2, I would like to say for myself it is more 3.5, why? The food is fresh and over all very good. The signage and the employee communication is lacking. They communicate very little. For someone just trying it out, they are likely to get a poor impression because they simply don't know how to order. So, if you go there all the time you probably love it. If you've never been, your experience will probably be lacking. In summary, is it good? Yes. It's on the higher end of the pricing scale but it is very fresh and well made. Just take your time and ask questions. Make them answer. Don't order until you are sure what you are getting and it will be fine.
Fun atmosphere, and delicious food. We ordered ahead and it was ready when we got there so we could eat right away. Worth a stop!

Specifically said 'lots' of sweet pork.. the burrito was very heavy on white rice and light on sweet pork. Very disappointing.
If you like veggie, this is good place.
I wouldn't come back. My wife and I had never been here before so we had questions about how they built their dishes but they just seemed to want to get our food and us out. For $27 we could have had food just as good and more of it at Taco Time. We won't be back.
Completely filthy!! The little manager girl, just eating food while she makes your food ... Looks like they haven't done any sort of cleaning.... N no... It wasn't busy.. everyone was standing around... The food was dry like it was sitting un covered and just ikk.... They used to be delicious.... The last two times tho.... Trash.... Not to mention it's about 20 bucks a person... If your paying that much money... It should say least me fresh or even hot or even not have people eating food while they make yours .. !! Yuk go somewhere else

The food is made right in front of you, and everything is your choice. Quick tasty, and inexpensive. Try the different drink options, variety of ethnic drinks is great.
ordered dinner Togo...fast, hot and yummy. if I get stuck, I will visit again.
Worst customer service experience. My first visit there and when I asked how the ordering process works and who I needed to place order with because no one would speak to me I was just ignored. It’s not a sit down restaurant so the process was new to me. The lady who was supposed to take my order just ignored me until we finally just walked out.

Well, the one star reviews are understandable. If the 2 female workers don't like their job they shouldn't be working with customers.
One of the strangest experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I’ve never felt like more of an inconvenience. Staff rolled their eyes when I had the audacity to order anything. When they passed off my salad, I sat there for about 2 minutes in disbelief while the employees chatted and looked at customers with contempt. Finally when they wrapped up their convo, they strolled over to finish my salad in agitation. Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning from this while on a road trip. So, so bizarre. They definitely need some staff training here.
Good portions, the food wasn’t super fresh though, it was probably the time of day. We were there around 2:30 on a Sunday. Friendly workers and a very clean dining room!
I love cafe rio. Their food is so good, however, on any day but Tuesday it can get pricey to eat there.
