Group dinner, prime rib was red n juicy. Fish n chips was great and the shrimp was a real firecracker, hot but good

If I could rate this restaurant a 0 star I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I have been a server for years and I know the restaurant can be busy but when you have 3 ladies behind the bar(playing on their phones) and non of them come ask if you need anything, that seems a bit rude. My order came out wrong and I had to go up to the front and ask the lady to bring my additional items and provide silverware. The food was horrible, i was physical sick in the parking lot because of the old grease they used. I will never eat at this location!

THE SERVICE WAS SLOW, IT TOOK 1 1/2HR TO GET MY MEAL WHICH WAS A SALAD. SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO REFILL MY DRINK

Horribly misersbly slow to get our food out. One hour later couldn't even remember what we ordered......Gordon Ramsey would be ashsmed for you all. Trash!
The cook and waitresses had some trouble with all orders. The food was good, worth the wait and got 10% off and a senior discount. I'm sure it is not like that all the time. I will try it again sometime in the future.

No words the food was horrible literally. Both my girls plates spaghetti and meatballs was sour, and the others pasta dish was also sour. My wife didnt eat her over done burger with bread. Also when ahe went to put ketchup on it and her frise it was also sour and bad. Didn't get eaten at all Best part of dinner was the ice water. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE NORE WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. The service was good.

We ate dinner and breakfast here, and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the food, as well as the attentiveness, attitude, and courtesy of the wait staff. One of the better hotel-based restaurants we've eaten at.
Service is great food flavor is not the best. Only reason for my rating is so you guys can step it up and get us to love coming back. Don't want to do harm.
