I miss living there just because of the French Philly.

Wish the Philly original had onions and peppers but that was my bad for not reading the ingredients. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Will be a family favorite.

I just went in and got a Mushroom n Swiss with Onion Rings and it was definitely delicious and I spoke with the new owner and he was real down to earth and he was very receptive to my thoughts and feelings. All the changes that was made was due to Consistency and Customer Service and not profit margins. The staff was very polite and professional and I'll definitely will be going back real soon.

Had a mixup with a order after getting home. I called down to the store and let them know what happened and they instantly took charge and the manager himself made a new one and hand delivered it to my address. After receiving the new one I then got a call from the gal I orginally spoke with and she called just to make sure everything was made correctly and that I received it. Huge shoutout to the Philly Shop and its current management!

New owner just as bad food. Having lived in Philadelphia I know what a "Philly steak sandwich" should look, feel, and taste like and this is not it. The sandwich I received had granular meat not shaved ribeye chopped into ribbons. Also it was so overseasoned and salty that it was only just edible. Yet again I can't see it surviving

I have to preface this by saying I don't mean to be a detriment to their business, and the new owners are very friendly. However, since buying the Philly shop, the food is not as good as it used to be. Hopefully this feedback just leads to things getting better. Having said that, I have gone a couple times since the Philly shop was sold again, and I have been very disappointed in the food. Again, the staff has been great and friendly, but I'm left not only disappointed, but missing the food that used to be served. First, I went to try the philly since they had clearly changed them. Previously, they had fried bread, pork belly, and beer cheese. These are all sadly absent from the menu. You now have soft bread, shaved beef, and melted cheese. The peppers and onions are all diced where they were bigger chunks before. It wasn't bad, but it was nowhere near as good as the pork belly beer cheese Philly I was used to. I was disappointed but willing to try other things. One of the benefits of the takeover was adding a lot more menu items. Burgers and chicken are now on the menu. More options are great, as long as they're good options. Unfortunately, so far, that did not seem to be the case. I didn't see chicken anywhere on the drive up menu (though I had seen it online), but whatever, I figured I'd try a burger anyways. I got a bacon cheese burger that had a 1/4lb patty that was super salty, and a small arrangement of lettuce shards and onion in a mac-like sauce for $7. It looked like something someone slapped together at a fast food restaurant. The side of ranch was surprisingly good though and was the only thing that cut the saltiness of the burger. All in all, my experience was that the portions look smaller, and the quality is worse than it used to be. I'll revisit later and update my review if it gets better, but for now, it needs a lot of work.

I ate here with the previous owner. It’s a fantastic place. I really hoped I would been able to eat here again once I moved to the area. Unfortunately they were still closed and I’m out of state for who knows how long. I really hope they’re open when I get back. It’s the first thing I want when I get home.

Was pretty tasty. Very slow drive through line. Expected more seasoned meat for the prices. Overall enjoyable though. And they do have cheeze whiz for the real Philly experience however meat was a tad bland and not nearly enough cheeze whiz on it. Staff was average not as friendly as other spots in town but still decent for a Philly in the midwest.

Our Philly's were outstanding. The pork belly philly is a must try. My mouth is watering typing about it. The staff were very friendly and the overall experience was very pleasant. Will absolutely frequent this establishment.

So I just wanted to clarify that my menu does read what comes on each menu item. Thank you everyone who support the Philly shop. To be clear there is no such thing as a fast food Philly our drive threw is for convenience and is subject to longer wait times depending on how busy we are.

Had a strawberry milkshake - poorly mixed tasted like strawberry milk with ice cream and strawberry chunks in it. Pay attention to the menu as I didn’t . Original Philly cheesesteak - meat and cheese only. Yes the menu didn’t include it. I thought all Philly cheesesteaks had green peppers and onion. Eh! Cheesewhiz for cheese. Very salty. Long wait drive through - save gas turn off motor.
