Being that we are here from out of town (Arizona) this is are first time here. Staff was friendly and courteous food was great. The best part was that they offered Military Discount

The bagizza was excellent. Bagels not just fluffy like so many you can buy in a grocery store. These were more like the bagels I have had from New York. Nicely done! The cheese sandwich on a bagel was also quite good despite sitting in a truck for some hours before eating. I loved the cherry vanilla Italian soda. Nice hot chocolate also.

Last year after I visited, I loved it so much I thought I'd go back again as I was in Gillette for a track meet. They were open for another 20 or so minutes. I knew I was cutting it close (and truly understand the fact, I'd even mentioned it when I walked in). The young gal doing closing duties was super eager to help however, the lady behind the counter seemed entirely put off by my showing up and wanting to order something. I would have eaten whatever was most convenient, I was prepared to make it easy but after the way I was greeted, I decided to just go to Albertson's and grab something from them. I loved my last bagel I got there however, I won't even entertain the idea of visiting ever again and I'm bummed.

The lady at the register was highly rude. Everyone who ordered behind me got their plates first and I only had an one bagel with a side of cream cheese and She blew me off completely and kept only staring at me after I ordered.

I really like this place a lot! Food is really good! Nice and helpful people working.

Lovely Bagel Diner with great coffee and excellent breakfast menu. Sweet staff and homey atmosphere make this my breakfast favourite every time I am in Gillette. Most of all, though, I come here for the bagels. They are tasty, have the perfect texture, and are wonderfully balanced between chewy and light. The cream cheese flavours are excellent and are generous portions. I enjoy them so much that I always get one for the road.

Bagels are super fresh. Turkey club is awesome

Love the Main bagel for breakfast with the crew, if you get there early enough it is not too busy. And it’s crazy affordable to take all the guys and you can never go wrong with the Highlander grog coffee. And it’s conveniently located.

I’ve only been there once and will definitely be going back! The food was amazing. The staff behind the counter was helpful at making suggestions with it being our first time in. Pictured Chicken Salad Sandwich and a Turkey Club.

I don't think it's an *awful* place, but I don't think it's perfect for us. I should start off by saying that they were very, very busy, so most of the hiccups probably could be linked to how overwhelming it was that day. The food was alright, I believe we ordered a breakfast sandwich, several orders of biscuits and gravy, and a French toast: all of which were okay, but not great. The coffee was tasty though! We received the wrong drink at first but it was very quickly fixed so no harm done. We may still come for the occasional coffee but personally it doesn't seem like it'll be our regular compared to the competition.

I purchased something and the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I bought what I was looking for and went on my way.

Had a good breakfast burrito and like the green chili on top. They also have good gluten free bagels.

The Main Bagel Co is well kept, extremely clean; service is friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgable; management is understanding, respectful, and helpful.

If you have the word “bagel” in your business name you should probably have bagels. I’ve tired to eat lunch here numerous times, always no bagels. Today I thought I’d try to go earlier than noon guess what?…. no bagels at 10:30am.

A true staple to out community. Such a great place to get any kind of food. But I'm partial to the cinnamon crunch bagels and Monty Cristo. Staff is always super friendly and helpful!

Great food. The best bagels. We ordered waffles, breakfast bagels, sandwiches, and some bagels with and without cream cheese. We were not a simple ticket. 1 bagel was missing cream cheese and it was fixed. The service may have been a bit slow, or I may have been really hungry. This is definitely a place I would recommend.

Busy place mid day! The breakfast bagel I got was great! I got two bagels to go. Now to buy some cream cheese!

So great, huge helpings, cheapest breakfast we’ve had in a while. If there’s a line out the door that’s usually a good sign you won’t be disappointed. Has definitely become a place we’ll go to any time we’re going through Gillette.
