I enjoy going to the Whistle Stop and meeting my friends for a light lunch and doing our book study. There are lots of books to choose from or they will order what you want.
Really wonderful people There drinks are underpriced which is awesome cause i don't have to pay 12 dollars on a drink lovely people to shoot up a conversation with i suggest going here
This is my favorite place in Douglas! I visit Douglas every year or two and always stop here to enjoy coffee and food. The staff is always fun and friendly.
It's a nice little coffee shop great place to stop and get a snack or something to eat a ice coffee if you like that with good friendly staff
I enjoy coming here looking for a new book every once in a while. They have really good bagels sold here as well. I really like that when you buy something your given bookmarks or the monthly flyer of the featured authors of the month. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Bagels are the best in town!
This is a really nice little sandwich shop. Sandwiches are made like your mom used to, then toasted perfectly. Oh and it's a nice little book store as well.
Laid back, friendly, nice place for a cup of coffee or one of those fancy coffees if that's your style!
Good coffee shop. Has American express shop small sticker on entrance window but doesn't take American express.
This is actually a pretty we'll stocked book store. There are a few gift items to be had. Recommend wearing a mask.

...quaint little bookstore..small selection,but good variety,& well organized...new and used books...used average $3 each book,but they were having a half off hardcovers sale...also,small space with tables to sit at,purchase espresso and pastries...just down the block from Jackalope Square,where there is a farmers market Sat mornings in August &Sept...

This is a great little book store and a nice place for a quick bite. It is cozy, and inviting, with the wonderful smell of fabulous coffee wafting around. Nice selection of books and gifts, with a friendly staff.
