I have been a loyal customer for over two years. The girls that work the drive through and the downtown location in the morning are absolutely amazing, make the most delicious coffee, every time. One of the young blonde haired girls in the evening is always on it, but when she’s not working, it’s a gamble. I went this morning on the East side, we were running errands over there, and my drink was not right. The drive through re-made the drink perfectly. I went in this evening to the downtown location and my latte was so strong, I couldn’t taste any vanilla in it. I sometimes go twice a day to get coffee and the evening times, more then half of the time I just can’t drink it. I wish that everyone was trained by some of the downtown morning or drive-through staff. The owners daughter (someone told me that’s who she was) always makes delicious drinks. They are always on it! It’s starting to become not worth it paying for my drinks and tipping, as I tip before I get my drink so I never know if it’s going to be correct but tip well. This has been going on for over six months now, which is unfortunate as your drinks are amazing when made correctly.
A Casper tradition. Though there are many competitors now, The Metro was one of the first and is an iconic downtown fixture.
Terrible. It was flavored milk. I’m could not taste coffee. My husbands coffee was just as bad and he got a breve.
Eggs are heated from frozen, bagels aren’t fresh, and smoothies aren’t real fruit smoothies. I let the nice aesthetic and atmosphere trick me.
Super expensive!! And the guy at the counter thought a macchiato was a certain flavor, not a way to coffee style! Please train train your employees to know styles. Thanks.
The coffee is good but it takes them forever to get through a single order. I went through the drive through more than once just in case it was a short handed day. Takes half an hour for 3 cars every time!
I just want EVERYONE to know that i was a victim of discrimination here by a blonde women whom I believe is the owners wife. If you stand for equality please take your business elsewhwhere
Love the staff at the skelly location. I just wish management would staff more than one person in the mornings. 20 mins in line because they have to deal with food. Indoor customers and the drive thru is ridiculous however not the staffs fault, it's poor management choices.
Yuk. Disappointed. Shots are long and bitter. Americano was filled TO THE BRIM, meaning it drips and leaks. When I told them it was way too full they acted like they could care less and didn't offer to fix it. Worst service and product ever!
A typical coffee shop. The food and drinks were really good and the staff was nice. It just took a long time.
I’ve been coming to metro for years. Their coffee creations are always good and their breakfast bagels are the best! Definitely a must if you’re in Casper. So glad to see they’re opening more locations. Please put a location in glenrock!!

I love Metro. They have the BEST pretzel buns and make a great latte.
Metro has an easygoing hipster atmosphere. The coffee is fantastic, as is the tea. If you don't know what you want, the servers give you awesome suggestions.
Consistently good coffee and service. Both the downtown and East locations are worth the stop.

California resident on a random road trip. Found this coffee shop and it was fantastic. Nice atmosphere, friendly/nice staff, and great breakfast Bagel. My Frappuccino was amazing. Thank you, wish this place was on my path more often.
While the staff is pretty young, they always greet with a smile and jump to serve. I love seeing the great teamwork and enthusiasm for their jobs!!! The east side location has an awesome manager and I’ve never ever had a bad experience at any of the locations. A bulleit, the “Metro Mud”, “Elvis”, or a “Banana Caramel” Latte are my go tos!
