Always good food made to order. My only complaint is that it is winter and you're sending your employees outside to take orders. Both times the employees were very sweet. It's time to invest in a speaker system if you're that busy in the drive thru. I
Always enjoyed the coffee, always pay with a card and leave a tip in the bucket even though most of the workers aren’t very friendly. The last time I went through I happened to look at my emailed square receipt and noticed they added a $1.00 tip unauthorized by me. I looked back on past receipts and they all had $1.00 added! Is that even legal? What a rip off, haven’t been back since. Good thing we have 4 other coffee shops to choose from in town.
Partner and I wanted to go to a café for our first date and we chose here. So glad we did! Atmosphere is warm and inviting and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Muffins are HUGE and deliciously moist. My partner enjoyed her Smoked Salmon BLT. It was a great place to just sit and talk, as it wasn't to busy and the other people that were there weren't loud. Someone even offered to take a pic for us. Only complaint was the staff seeming a bit stoic. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad day. Definitely want to come back to try more of the menu. Roof appears to have a seating area and would love to try that in the spring or fall! Came for our second date, as lots of places were closed between Christmas and New Years. My partner had the smoked salmon again and says it was just as tasty as before. The Mac & Cheese was sold out before we got there and breakfast was done, so I had the Butterscotch Scones and they are to die for! Soft with most of the butterscotch chips still in one piece! Had the Eggnog Latté and my partner drank the spiced cider. We tried each other's drinks and both were equally delicious. We were told the Mac & Cheese sells fast, so it's now it's my mission to get there before it's gone!
All fine. I just came for a mid morning coffee and treat. I got one of their February specials. Cherry Amaretto latte and a huge Carmel chocolate chip cookie. The coffee was very good. The cookie was very hard and difficult to eat until I decided to just dunk it in my coffee. It's a cute cafe. I sat on a stool at the window and unfortunately the speaker was just a foot away and the music was louder than I'd wish at a coffee shop. There wasn't a lot of open spots. I'll definitely come back if I need a specialty coffee, but maybe be more choosey on where to sit.

Usually I am pleased with the service. Today was a huge change. Paid for our order of 3 coffees in the drive thru; 25 minutes later we finally received our order with the apology that there was a system issue and our order was not processed. Took them 25 minutes to realize that we were still sitting in there drive up at the window!! 🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔 will be a long time before I take my business there.
This places customer service continuously goes down. This isn’t the first time I have had to sit in the drive thru already paid and at the window for over 20 minutes. 2 coffees 30 minutes no reasoning, no compensation, nothing. As an old manager of a fast food place I understand being short staffed or being busy but there is no excuse for that happening over and over again.
The food is really good, I go here for brunch all the time. My main complaint is that it can take awhile to get drinks and my food has often been wrong in some way. However, the staff is nice and very accommodating!
