Can I give "0" stars? Went to get Seven iced drinks and was met with discrimination by Madelyn and Nikol. Paid and waited, as the first drink finished Nikol didn't believe we paid for it... even after seeing my receipt. Then Nikol blatantly states she "didn't want to make drinks for us anyway" after I requested a refund instead.
Very rude ! I’m allergic to bananas and they told me they’re not going to take it out which is a lie I go to this same place in ILLINOIS THEY DO IT EVERY TIME
Disappointing customer service. I asked for a sugar to be mixed in my latte and explained that when stirred in it hangs in the foam. I was told that I would instead have to use stir sticks and sugar. After hearing my options, I switched and settled for a regular coffee, which I did not enjoy. The Nordstrom brand for impeccable service was not exemplified here.
OK, seriously, their coffee is really good. I really shouldn't be surprised, it's Nordstorm's after all. But I guess I was expecting.. well, I'm not sure. What I got was an excellent expresso and a very friendly Staff. I'd hang out here if only it wasn't so close to the entrance.
