Fast and friendly coffee place. Could not believe how fast the drive thru was. Coffee was good too.
I was helping them out on a service call, and I was going to miss lunch due to a super busy day at work, and without even saying that to them, they offered a free drink and Moka Bites on the house! These people are incredibly special and kind, please check them out too!
The best coffee shop in Sun Prairie the ladies there are sooo sweet and always ask how my day is going. I really love that it’s right down the street and I can enjoy anytime. Love them!
Great coffee and staff
By far our favorite coffee spot in the area. Me and my girlfriend stop thru the drivethru often, but love going inside as well. Our little pup is always excited when we pull in too because the staff loves dogs, and usually has treats ready, plus the lobby is dog friendly :)
Always very pleasant staff, and helpful. We love everything we've tried!
The people and coffee make this an excellent place I visit many times a week.
I was able to get some revisions done on my book without being too distracted by other patrons, so I shall return on a regular basis!
Much needed Espresso , Calming and chilling out to relax Good place to choose to satisfy inner soul
Love love love. The coffee is good, and they have so many options.
This place is great! The staff is so friendly and gives awesome recommendations. The Iced Chai is amazing.
Whomever is working the opening shift on Wednesdays here is delightful & I appreciate her positive attitude :)
Certainly one of the better pumpkin infused coffees I’ve had - it was just enough to be distinguishable and won’t smash a pumpkin on your palate like many festive fall coffees tend to do. If I were to choose between this or Dunk’n next door, it would be this. The girls working were all friendly and seemed to work together very efficiently.
Anyone who goes to Starbucks is throwing $ away for the brand, which to me, it's that great. They take forever, have snobby workers who feel like they're owed tips bc they idk are equivalent to a Doctor. At Moka, they have the most down to earth workers who don't act as though you're putting them out for making you a coffee. Moka's prices are half of everywhere else, and drinks are so much better. I LOVE MOKA. TY for being in a mile of where I live.
I’ve been to Moka 3 times now and every time has been bad. The first time, my beverage was meh. The second time, they were out of a few beverages I would want so I had to settle for something I didn’t care for. This third time at this location was enough. My pumpkin spice latte was alright but my boyfriend ordered a strawberry shake. When they handed it to us she said “here’s the strawberry banana.” I asked her banana? (we both heard it) she said no banana just strawberry. After looking at it it was a smoothie not a shake… I handed it back and told them and they told me they don’t have ice cream ingredients to make shakes. So… why are they on your menu? And why take it upon yourself to substitute something instead of communicating to us? Neither of us will be wasting our money at Moka anymore.
My son stopped there all the time I go with him a few when I'm using his truck. The people there are very very nice, I forgot the name of the tea that he gets but it is so good is made with the honey and cinnamon, he gets the stickers and stick them inside his truck so he have a lot of stickers. Good job keep it up!
Ordered online and they took way too long and even served the people that came after me after telling them I had an online pick up. They didn’t add the whipped cream and I was in a hurry. Whipped cream is not a huge deal but the fact the order was not complete and took more than 10 minutes after telling the barista felt annoying. I ordered like 20 minutes before I arrived. This never happened at the other locations. I get that people were training but there were 3 baristas! I’d come back for the convenience but would avoid it if I can and just go to the other locations.
New to drinking coffee, I ran into one of the managers on the east side who insisted I would like their coffee. Super friendly place, living in SP I stopped in and was pleasantly greeted with friendly staff, and being the third time stopping they new who I was and asked me about my day. Game changer, what a great place. Thanks
Love..love.. love... Beats Starbucks by a mile! Breakfast burritos are the BOMB.
Great little coffee place, like an oasis in Sun Prairie that you drive by, but seem to forget you can go inside for quaint seating. I had a Vanilla Chai tea, and the service from the young ladies working there was very pleasnt. All of them were very helpful and informative regarding their products. I'll be back
