Quintessential coffee shop. Very cute. Staff is mostly great. But 3 out of 4 coffee and chai drinks I've ordered have been either odd tasting or not good. I think it's due to their very dark coffee roast. It overpowers everything. No flavor balance, very aggressive flavor profile. Breakfast sandwich i had was good but expensive for what it is, despite rising food costs.

Charmingly decorated for Christmas. I had a really good hot chocolate and an excellent double chocolate cookie. The staff was really friendly, and patient answering questions about the menu. This is a nice place to stop and take a break when running errands in town.

Not happy, the owner literally wont let paying customers use the restroom. I'm not a lawyer or anything but I'm pretty sure having a restraunt without a restroom for paying customers is illegal. Coffee is over priced and bland, I'm sure the staff mean well but most the time I've been in there they've seemed confused and too busy to reluctantly help you (maybe a management issue?) Better places for coffee than The Dock: 1. Salah Mobile Coffee 2. Ally Cats 3. Backroads 4. Caribou Coffee 5. Cabin Coffee 6. Star Bucks (Rice Lake) 7. McDonalds 8. Literally Any gas station

Had a fabulous first experience at The Dock this past weekend! I really needed someplace that I could sit, relax, have a bite to eat, and use the free wifi to get some work done and this place fit the bill perfectly! Customer service was on point with friendly and welcoming staff. Food and drink was delicious - I had the Chicken Bacon Alfredo flat bread and a lemonade. The Flatbread smelled, and tasted, so heavenly that I forgot to grab a shot of it before I tucked in! The atmosphere there was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend making a stop in at The Dock for breakfast, lunch, or just to grab a drink and sit a while. All around, it is a good stop!

The Dock has the best espresso drinks I've ever had. I live 2 hours away surrounded by independent and chain coffee shops that I frequent to give some perspective. The food and atmosphere here is also good. It's not the most convenient or fast and some of the service and quality seems to have declined since the owners shifted their focus to the brewery 2 doors down but it's still great coffee.

I’m a former barista and love trying local coffee, heard lots of great things about this place and always love to support a local business. My fiancé and I were on a long road trip and needed some caffeine, we felt bad coming in 15 minutes before close but noticed there were two employees and no one else in the store, so figured it wouldn’t take long. I grew up visiting spooner and love the area, but this coffee shop disappointed me. The man at the counter was rude and harsh, despite me being nice to him. He charged me for a specialty coffee that he claimed “couldn’t be made iced” even though it was a latte I was ordering. I, and everyone else knows, lattes are made to be iced or hot. He served me black coffee with no flavoring. I am assuming he told me this, because they turned their espresso machine off 15 minutes before close which is their own fault. We left 5 minutes before close so I am confused why he was so rude to us. I ordered a “red eye” with almond milk, and was served dark roast coffee. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, as I’m sure the coffee is normally amazing as everyone else rates it to be, but I was honestly hurt at how rude the man at the counter was to me. I hope others can have a better experience than I had today.

The ice caramel macchiato was delicious and very tasty. The hot chai was okay. It was pretty hard to park here...had to park down street and walk to location. The service was alright, pretty friendly and relatively fast for 2 people working, one standing around.

First time here. Love this place! Great ambiance, delicious coffee, and awesome staff, especially Kierra, who greets all her customers with a cheery tone and smiles. Shout out to Elisha and Iliya as well. Definitely will return. (Next time for their ice cream!)

Love the place and the food. People are so nice but it does take a while to get your coffee if you ordered something fancier than black with cream

Great gluten free sandwiches and even better lattes. Friendly staff and they've definitely succeeded at a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
