Love it here. Good food and great coffee. Can be a little slow due to how busy it gets.
I love colectivo. They often take some time making your order but it is worth the wait.

Great coffee and bakery items. Good food, friendly service. Shabby chic atmosphere is comfortable, but at times it can get a bit busy and crowded, but service is usually pretty quick, and they have a decent size indoor and outdoor seating area. Don't forget to tip! These folks work hard!👍
Great cafe with nice sandwiches. Only downside is they're so busy and they don't always stay on top of clearing tables or emptying the trash; we had to throw our trash outside in the street bin.

Colectivo is addictive! I enjoy their coffee and every breakfast or lunch item I’ve ordered here. The pumpkin cranberry muffin is absolutely amazing. It’s always extremely moist, it melts in your mouth!!! The staff is always very nice. I’ve had a broken left ankle and sprained right ankle. The curbside service ended awhile back. However, they have been so accommodating and helpful. The staff has told me to call ahead of time so they can bring what I’ve ordered to my car. Always a great experience at this location and all locations.

The main challenge with this location is parking. That's not a dig against colectivo, it's just a statement of fact. The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, and the services friendly. Great place to sit and have a conversation, or to sit and enjoy a book while you enjoy some of their delicious coffee.
This location is my least favorite of the ones I’ve frequented. They mess up my drink probably about 75% of the time, and I don’t have a complicated order. I order the same drink every time (for over 2 years), it’s a menu item with no changes or substitutions. Yet somehow they manage to mess it up. Sometimes they use the wrong milk, sometimes the cup is only about 1/2-2/3 full, sometimes it just has no flavor. And if we take it back to have it fixed, it’s always a problem. The bad customer service experiences have ranged from the baristas just not being happy to fix it to one of them actually arguing with me telling me I just didn’t know what the drink was supposed to taste like because “other locations must be making it wrong”. We’ve tried talking to management about how often the drinks are messed up and it hasn’t made a difference. Also it’s just not a nice place to sit because the music is so loud it feels like a club. You are always greeted in a friendly way, making even a newbie feel like a regular.
Fast service, yummy food, and friendly faces. Lots of seating inside and outside. Their chai tea and chocolate pumpkin bread is to die for. Their chocolate croissants are sooooo good.
A nice place for coffee and a snack. There is plenty of seating inside and out. Good for people watching. The food and coffee were as good as the Bay View store. Accessibility wasn't a problem. However, there isn't an automatic door opener so people who use wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or strollers will have to ask someone to hold the door or wrestle the door open yourself.
I enjoy every Collectivo. Brilliant brand, brilliant menu, cool vibe.

Awesome to be within walking distance from Collectivo in Shorewood!! Highly recommend the nitro cold brew and lemon lavender scone, both amazing!!!
I don't drink coffee but I absolutely love the food, pastries, and smoothies. Always fresh and always delicious. I do miss the special smoothies though - especially the tahitian sunset!
