Best shakes for on the go super convenient and taste amazing not to mention staff is amazing!
Tried for the first time today. I was very impressed with my meal today good shake and tea I will return and buy again. Nice locally owned business. The server was very polite and knowledgeable.
I love trying all the flavors. Have not found one I didn’t love. And the monthly specials are fun too. Friendly folks.
I don't get to Sauk often been when I do, SP Nutrition is a must stop. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Always great service!

The shakes and teas are the best around that I've had. I buy the products to make at home, and I still find myself there trying all the delicious new creations! Service is also top notch! I really can't say enough great things about this place so go experience it for yourself :)
